Watch How Cowardly GOP Senators Talk About Trump’s Behavior: THEY AVOID IT

They are simply terrified of answering.

Republican senators know that more evidence is coming, probably sooner rather than later.

They won’t answer to Trump’s conduct, they are afraid. Republican senators are afraid to say that Trump acted properly or innocently. They are equally afraid of Trump and saying he didn’t do anything wrong.

Marsha Blackburn, who is the other Republican senator from Tennessee, the state whose senior Senator – Lamar Alexander said that what Trump did was wrong, and he didn’t need more evidence about it, Blackburn replied to the question by not addressing it:

I find it interesting, because Republicans were so quick – initially – to claim that the House had no evidence, it was all a hoax, the call was perfect, read the transcript, etc. etc. They then embarrassed themselves by voting against witnesses, who might tell them exactly what happened. They are now unwilling to say that that Trump is innocent. With the end in sight, they have clammed-up.

They are still afraid of Trump. They risk a lot in saying anything at all negative about Trump. One mean tweet endangers them in their next election. They have all seen what has happened to Mitt Romney and Susan Collins – “Dead woman walking,” said on Lou Dobbs. They also know that Lamar Alexander, the guy retiring – was the one to speak for all of them, in some way.

But they are also afraid of waiving it all aside. They know history is watching and will quote them at length. They know that more evidence is coming, and are embarrassed enough that they had to vote against witnesses. That order came from the White House. They will be extremely embarrassed when evidence does come out. They don’t want the revelation coming out alongside video of him or her that declaring that Trump entirely innocent or there isn’t enough evidence.

Democrats must quote each and every Republican and point out their hypocrisy. Even Blackburn’s wishy washy statement can be put in a commercial. Her inability to say a thing is telling, and would show voters the strength of the case against Trump.

After all, we’re not going to get anything else from Republicans.
