Kellyanne Conway’s Appearance Seemingly Changed Overnight and People Have Questions

We don’t make fun of how people look, or attach much meaning to how people look, with the possible exception of Donald Trump because how he looks is relevant. Also, Trump makes fun of other people’s looks so he is fair game.

So we’re not in any way making fun of Kellyanne Conway for having what is maybe a TON of work “done,” on her appearance and having it “done” near overnight.

It’s a major topic of the day on Twitter with many people talking about it:

We genuinely hope that Kellyanne sees the writing on the wall and realizes that she will be out of her government salary job in seven months, and will need some new income and that she likely will need to improve her appearance to improve her paycheck – that’s not a knock on her, it’s a knock on American society and how we treat women, especially aging women.

Most women have this type of thing done in stages so as not to be dramatic. We’re not making fun of her, but it is the talk of Twitter:

It is possible. That would explain why she would want to fundamentally alter her appearance, trying to separate her personhood from that “other” person.

Yes, that is sort of our point. Again, as American women age, there is a near demand that they keep their young “fertile” appearance, a demand made solely in a sexist culture. It is almost required for women to retain power and appeal as they age. So we’re not making fun of her for doing it, it is that it is soooo sudden.

Fox would pay infinitely more.

Yes, and this is where the need to look as young and attractive as possible comes in.

It is a fantastic sign that Kellyanne might be giving up hope on having that job next year. We have heard reports that the White House is going nuts, with people bailing overboard and giving up hope. If Kellyanne is already planning her post-Trump career, it might mean that she won’t work as hard at this one. Amazing.
