Biden Campaign Drops Ad With Veterans Responding to Trump’s Statements About the Military and it’s Devastating for Trump

Biden is quickly making a move to become the military and armed service veterans’ choice for president, along with their families and Americans that care about those serving in the military. President Obama and Joe Biden have both said on occasions (Joe said it again just four days ago) that the president has many duties but only one truly sacred duty. The sacred duty involves caring for the troops deployed out in the field and once they get home and take off the uniform. While they see this duty as sacred and respect the sacrifice of others, the Atlantic article in which Trump referenced people as suckers and losers has Trump looking like he cannot understand how anyone would sacrifice anything and, that those who do, are suckers unworthy of his respect.

Trump “respects” Putin for being rich and thinks those who serve their country rather than get rich are losers and suckers. He holds them in contempt.

So it isn’t surprising that the Biden campaign would get to work urging the American people to consider what it means to have such a man as president. They took a unique tact in their latest ad highlighting what Trump said. They asked a group of veterans to watch Donald Trump speak on various topics and filmed the vets’ reactions to what they heard in real-time. It is highly effective because one senses that these vets have never seen these clips and upon hearing them recoil in horror. The reaction seems genuine.

It is the same reaction we should all have to such statements:

America loved it.

It is highly unique and the difference seemed to be appreciated. It drew a lot of supporting eyes.

Pretty impressive response. Pretty impressive ad. The fact is that Biden has run a very solid campaign with discipline and teamwork. Their rapid response people with multiple ads up in days after the devastating article show that the Biden campaign is well run, a good sign for both the election and the presidency.
