Trump Gives Disastrous Late Night Fox Interview and EVERYONE is Worried: ‘Paranoid Delusions’

For reasons known only to Fox, Trump taped a disastrous interview with Laura Ingraham that ran late last night. The interview rivaled any in its shock value in both the accusations he lobbed at Biden and answers that sounded both delusional and paranoid, simply out of touch with reality. It is also worth noting that Ingraham spent most of the interview appearing to try to save Trump from himself, at one point even interjecting “Obviously you’re not saying what you just said.” Additionally, given that the interview was taped, we cannot know how much was edited, if any, but given that Ingraham spent much of the interview “fixing” Trump’s answers, it could have been edited a lot.

Some initial reactions from Twitter were brutal, and we have more analysis below:

Trump made accusations against Biden that were straight out of either fiction or the most fevered “Q-anon” sites in existence, not just divorced from reality. Trump said people in the dark shadows who control the streets are really controlling Biden. He went on to talk about a plane full of people wearing black uniforms but then says he can’t reveal anymore because it’s under investigation.

This is not just insanity, it is dangerous to a democratic nation devoted to western liberalism, where the truth matters, and we don’t follow some god-like figure and never question what is said. “People in dark shadows,” and “people that control the streets,” could be attempts to scare his base about “thugs” controlling Biden, or he might be trying to make a mob reference, even he doesn’t seem to know.

The word “insane” gets thrown around a lot informally to mean “ridiculous,” but it’s now moving beyond that with Trump to take on more of a medical perspective.

Yes, this is real. He does sound paranoid and delusional, black helicopter, bankers who control the world, that type of stuff – he seems right on the edge. He appears to not only be attempting to feed the Q-anon people, but he also seems to believe it himself.

It is getting increasingly scary.
