Bitter and Angry Don Jr. Suggests Pfizer Timed Their Vaccine Announcement to Hurt His Dad

It must be awfully weird to be a Trump. Either you truly believe that you have earned every single good thing that breaks your way but have been cheated and conspired against in anything that goes wrong. Or, you know it’s not true, you know you’ve gotten lucky and there’s no conspiracy out to get you, but you go about saying it in an attempt to convince others that it’s true. To be honest, we’re not sure which would be worse.

Today the nation got great news from Pfizer. Pfizer’s Stage III trials of the COVID vaccine found the vaccine to be not only safe but that it is also over 90% effective which is a number that is far above that expected of a brand new vaccine upon its first release. A great result for a new vaccine is 70% effectiveness. The Pfizer news is a blessing that will inevitably save thousands of lives.

Don Jr. took the announcement and immediately used it for his political needs. According to the Independent:
Shortly after the news was announced on Monday, Donald Trump Jr revived the theory that the vaccine was held back to hurt his father’s chances. “The timing of this is pretty amazing,” he tweeted. “Nothing nefarious about the timing of this at all right?”

He also shared an article from the Daily Mail reporting on a letter to the UK government from 500 academics that claims the government’s response to the pandemic has become “disproportionate”.

No, mother ffff, no – there is absolutely NOTHING nefarious about the timing because this was exactly the period we expected to hear about some of the results from the phase III trials. We also heard that due to the results that we expected during this period, we might well have a vaccine to go out to frontline workers by the beginning of the year. This is exactly what we expected or at least for which we hoped.

But there is always something haunting the Trumps whenever something “wrong” happens – there’s always someone out to get them.

Which leads us to this point. What makes Junior think that a massive and wealthy company like Pfizer wants the Republican who will sign anything McConnell puts in front of his face gone? Trump is NOT going to raise taxes or regulations on a company like Pfizer. It is possible that Joe Biden might, depending on the economy and his plans. So why is Junior convinced Pfizer wants Daddy gone? He’s not – he’s just that stupid, he can say anything, h and the MAGAs will believe it.

Hilariously, Don Jr. got his message mixed up with Dad, who tweeted: “STOCK MARKET UP BIG, VACCINE COMING SOON,” the president tweeted. “REPORT 90% EFFECTIVE. SUCH GREAT NEWS!”

So is it great news or a conspiracy? Besides, Trump is the one who made this political in the first place.
Before the election, however, Mr Trump many times made clear that he specifically wanted an effective vaccine developed before 3 November in order to shore up his chances of re-election. He also claimed that under Joe Biden, vaccine development would slow down and lockdowns would become more austere.

Don Jr. is just a chip off the old block. There is nothing that he is above whining about, and nothing for which he won’t take credit.
