This seems a little extreme, we referenced this in earlier reporting today but it deserves it’s own coverage.

It would be no big deal if it was just one nut on Parler, indeed we’re sure this is mild compared to what the mutts on Parler have come up with. But this is a guy with a following, Johnny Enslow, a QAnon conspiracy theorist who often appeared on the Elijah Streams YouTube channel.

Today, Enslow cried out that Trump has the legal right to impose martial law on the country and arrest everyone who has been part of the alleged effort to steal the election from him. All of us, I guess. Check your ballots. That’s the effort to steal this election. Voting.

It gets worse (or better), Enslow thinks that Trump is playing it “slow” because Trump is so wiley, according to Right-Wing Watch:

Trump is intentionally allowing the dispute over the election results to drag on because doing so creates more opportunity to expose those who are engaged in treason and must be arrested and executed.

Or it’s because he’s been desperately hoping something would work. And if he waits long enough, too many people start doing things like getting ready for Biden’s inauguration and expecting the president-elect to become president and then things get awkward when you start imposing martial law to arrest and execute everyone. Good thing that this guy isn’t president.

Listen to his legal rationale:

Enlow said that it doesn’t matter if the Supreme Court eventually rules in favor of Joe Biden and the Electoral College certifies Biden’s win because Trump can ultimately play his “trump cards” by imposing martial law and arresting his political opponents.

Oh, yeah. The “Stalin” plan. How could we have forgotten. The Founders would be very proud of this patriot.

“It doesn’t matter,” Enlow said. “There is an expectation of the Electoral College turning it over to Biden. I’m just going to tell you that the Trump side, they have that in mind, they’re prepared for that. If it has to go that far, it’s OK because that just puts the treason at an official legal level by doing that, and it makes certain high individuals, it makes them guilty at another level.”

The Trump side is prepared for the Electoral College handing it off to Biden? That’s … generally called “the winner.”

Actually, on part of that, he is exactly right. It would make someone guilty at another level. It is called a crime against humanity, and someone might drag Trump to The Hague. Since we have already thrown the law out, it won’t matter whether the U.S. is a signee to The Hague Convention or not or whether an American has ever been extradited or not. This particular American will be.

One almost has to wonder if this guy is truly saying that he wants the Congress gone, the constitution gone, the SCOTUS irrelevant – they can still get a check and dress in robes but their rulings are subject to veto by Trump, or they’ll just be executed. We think yes. He wants Trump as the next Stalin, sending “dissidents” to camps north of Fairbanks to “work on roads.”

Thank god this is still a minority viewpoint on the right … subject to change.
