Conservatives are Convinced that Joe Biden Said the ‘N-Word’ in Speech to European Leaders (He Didn’t)

We never actually wish ill upon anyone, but damn, they seem really intent on testing our conviction at times. The conservative world is talking about whether President Biden used the N-word in a speech about European-American relations.

First of all, we want to point out a few very obvious things just so we can embrace the horror all together. One, Joe Biden wouldn’t do it, not in public or private, not in a million years.

Next, with respect to their suspicions, it is strange that they are not embarrassed by the context in which they are making their assertion. Given that Joe Biden would never use such a word, it would seem like conservatives would not choose to take their shot at it in a public speech about European relations.

Moreover, the president had just said in the speech that he was “eager to hear” and then they assert, “***** to hear,” President Biden wasn’t even thinking about any noun, never mind the one he wouldn’t use in a million years. Last, their frenzy forces them to assert that Biden used the word in the same sentence in which he brought up Angela Merkel.

This from Meaww.com:

In the 18-minute, 22-second-long video, at the 15:33 mark, users could hear what seemed like some mumbling that could be mistaken for the racial slur. “Look, the range of challenges Europe and the United States must take on together is broad and complex. I am either to hear, I’m eager to hear. (pause) ****** to hear, next from my good friends, and outstanding leaders, such as Merkel about her thoughts on the way forward together…” The closed-captioning also caught Biden’s slip up.

Yes, we are supposed to believe that Joe Biden is eager to hear from his good friend Angela Merkel about how they will go forward on something involving… laughable, and awful. As we said, at times it just seems like they’re testing whether we can hate as well as them.

Nope. But they’re sure making an effort.

Conservatives on Twitter also believed it:
