Newsmax Actually Admits They Did No Investigation Into Trump’s Dominion Claims… As Part of a Settlement
It is all fun and games with a few Russian rubles for the good team when the going’s good. But if it starts to look like real American dollars might disappear for good, well – then it’s time to sober up and start looking for the doors.
Dominion Voting Machines wasn’t playing a game when it filed its defamation lawsuits. Newsmax settled up with at least one executive at Dominion voting machines, Dr. Eric Croomer, but the settlement didn’t just require a check. It required an apology – a lengthy, explanatory, apology, one that has people infuriated: (Apology attached below)
“Newsmax would like to clarify its coverage of Dr. Coomer and note that while Newsmax initially covered claims by President Trump’s lawyers, supporters and others that Dr. Coomer played a role in manipulating Dominion voting machines, Dominion voting software, and the final vote counts in the 2020 presidential election, Newsmax subsequently found no evidence that such allegations were true. Many of the states whose results were contested by the Trump campaign after the November 2020 election have conducted extensive recounts and audits, and each of these states certified the results as legal and final.
That’s odd. Normally the media is supposed to hear the claims, verify the truth, and then “subsequently” report the facts it found. Strange. Maybe that’s why they got sued but we did not. We will research it…
Yep, that was it.

“There are several facts that our viewers should be aware of. Newsmax has found no evidence that Dr. Coomer interfered with Dominion voting machines or voting software in any way, nor that Dr. Coomer ever claimed to have done so. Nor has Newsmax found any evidence that Dr. Coomer ever participated in any conversation with members of ‘Antifa,’ nor that he was directly involved with any partisan political organization.
No, there are more than “several” facts, of which their viewers should be aware. But admitting that everything was made up – after a riot and failed coup – isn’t going to really cut it with us.
“On behalf of Newsmax, we would like to apologize for any harm that our reporting of the allegations against Dr. Coomer may have caused to Dr. Coomer and his family.”
Great. How about us? What about the harm that their reporting and allegations caused “us,” the American people? A lot of Americans started asking the exact same question:
Newsmax publicly admits what we all knew – that the conservative network was actively broadcasting false claims of election fraud in 2020 related to Dominion voting machines. Link to the Newsmax statement ⬇️https://t.co/53QisoSgaT pic.twitter.com/yT4QZ5SSwn

Newsmax issues retraction and apology to poll worker! Why??? Because they knew they were pushing a lie. I hope Dominion and anyone else out there sues them into bankruptcy! These organizations supported the insurrection and do not deserve to continue to exist.

Propaganda outlet newsmax has issued an apology and a retraction for their lies about Dominion Voting Systems and have privately settled with the company.
To hell with their fake apology and fake retraction, sue them until they are in financial ruins.
