Nebraska preacher and so-called “prophet” Hank Kunneman is apparently feeling a bit “attacked” over his incorrect predictions that Trump would serve a second term. So he responded by saying that only other prophets were allowed to challenge him. Even so, he’s still complaining about anyone who criticizes him, and during one of his recent “sermons” he offered up this warning:
“There’s a lot of people touching many of God’s true and choice servants right now,” Kunneman said. “They better be careful, because God will not acknowledge certain things that He’s called them to or put within their office. It’s a dangerous place…and some of you might get leprosy.”
That led Friendly Atheist’s [1] Hemant Mehta [2] to note:
“First of all, unlike back in biblical times, leprosy isn’t even scary anymore. There are effective treatments for it. Which means Kunneman’s threat is about as meaningful as saying his critics will get polio.”
But this is just typical Kunneman. It’s what he does — threaten his followers with the word of God should they have the temerity to question him as he builds a wall of lies around himself.
Mehta adds:
“This is what happens when you’re part of a cult. Kunneman would rather control his congregation than just admit he’s wrong.”
Kunneman has made a career out of saying off-the-wall nonsense and bamboozling the fools who, for some reason, believe him. He’s called [3] the Democratic Party the “anti-Christ party,” claimed [4] that the election was “stolen by thieves, and also claimed coronavirus is the “spirit of God” (well thanks a lot God) and claimed Trump would save [5] the U.S. from coronavirus because he is “pro-life.” He made that last claim in February 2020, and I think most of us know how that really went.
Oops.

Try me. I live for this kind of danger. I read the upper levels of Scientology.

Let's us know the Leprosy count over the last year. I'd be interested to see the peaks and troughs!

Dear Believers. Hopefully you realize how insane this is, and if you do, please understand that your religious beliefs are just as insane, even if you don’t make it this obvious
