Pamela Brown Rocks Nikki Haley’s Revisionist History Tweets: MAGA Wannabee Has Selective Memory
It seems like just a few months ago we were arguing that Brianna Keilar needed a more prominent position with a bigger audience at CNN and – almost as if in response – CNN followed our logic and put her in a prime position on New Day. We are now on a similar mission with respect to Pamela Brown, who may be the best fact-checker on television. She does her homework and then sets it out with exquisite clarity.
In the last week, we have had to endure one pompous self-important Nikki Haley tweet after another, all ripping Joe Biden’s Afghanistan mission apart, and especially on the fact that the Biden administration made deals with the Taliban to get our people out of the country. Haley knows better but thought she could get away with it.

“It’s true that no one wants to have to depend on the Taliban. They aren’t exactly the most reliable and peace-loving group out there obviously. But Hailey is ignoring the fact that the Trump administration itself negotiated with the Taliban. Mike Pompeo’s meeting with top Taliban leaders in Qatar last year and Hailey spoke favorably about peace negotiations while serving as U.N. Ambassador.
To have our Generals say that they are depending on diplomacy with the Taliban is an unbelievable scenario. Negotiating with the Taliban is like dealing with the devil.

What I can tell you is from the United States’ standpoint, it was a great trip to Afghanistan because the U.S. policy on Afghanistan is working,” she claimed. “We can see dramatic changes in terms of what the U.S. policy has been doing. We are seeing that we’re closer to talks with the Taliban and peace process than we’ve seen before.”
U.S. policy was working because they were having “closer” talks with the Taliban than ever before? Strange.
Don’t try that sh*t when Pamela Brown is scheduled to work that weekend… So, CNN, when does one of the hardest-working, most intelligent women on television get moved to the weekdays? About 5:00 p.m. or so?
