MAGA Rep. Mo Brooks Humiliates Self After Bringing Brown-Nosing Trump to a New Level

Mo Brooks, the Northern Alabama congressman, the one that fits comfortably in the Boebert, Marj T-G, Cawthorn, Gosar, Gaetz, wing of the GOP House caucus has a problem. He is running for the Senate from Alabama (in an open seat) and isn’t doing as well as a Trump-endorsed candidate should. Trump’s endorsement came as a direct reward for Brooks’ speech on January 6th.

But, evidently (We were not aware), Brooks told a Georgia Trump rally that it was time to move on from 2020 and focus on the future, which – ironically, is the most sensible thing a MAGA could say in that position, especially one trying to win a senate seat in 2022. But many MAGAs are not ready to move on and some believe that this is the reason that Brooks is in a very very tight race in Alabama.

We aren’t convinced.

Brooks is up against McConnell’s dream candidate for Alabama, Katie Britt. Katie Britt is a Gen X woman, new to politics, and very talented. Her spokesman wrote of Brooks. From Al.com

“It is clear the Alabamians want fresh blood in the Senate, not a do-nothing, 40-year career politician,” Sean Ross, spokesman for the Britt campaign, said in an email. “Katie continues to work tirelessly every day to directly deliver her positive message to every corner of our state, and her grassroots campaign is paying off.”

Yes, it is. Despite the fact that Trump really wants Brooks (Loyalty over competence), the endorsement has been of minimal value. Perhaps that is why Mo Brooks felt the need to debase himself on Sunday morning by putting out the latest fake “Time” magazine cover. (Trump is infamous for creating fake Time magazine covers featuring him, framing them, and hanging them in his clubs).

In this site’s opinion, Brooks isn’t sinking because he said let’s look ahead (though that certainly didn’t help). He is sinking because, he’s a fcking moron with an IQ of about 82, and Katie Britt is exactly what the GOP needs, a brilliant, positive, young, attractive (very important to MAGAs) woman to increase the GOP’s “diversity” issue. The Republican nominee is going to win Alabama – though Brooks would have a tougher time than Britt, so it all comes down to the primary. McConnell most certainly wants Britt, shown here – and McConnell wants her for these reasons.

Brooks owes everything to Trump. Britt owes nothing, kinda like McConnell, which explains why Brooks is slobbering all over himself to pay homage to the king. What better way than to spam yet another fake Time Mag cover?
