Audio Recording of GOP Official Bragging About Being a Fake Elector Uncovered — Implicates Trump Campaign in Plot

Wouldn’t it be fascinating, given how close Hillary came to beating Trump across some of the same Midwest states that helped Trump win in 2016, to hear all the phone calls back and forth between Democratic chairs talking about how to fake votes and get around all those votes from rural white counties and win Michigan and several of the other states? Or, even better, have audio of the Hillary Campaign ordering them to change the vote…

It would be fascinating because it would have to come in a movie in which the Democrats do the same thing that Republicans do upon losing – fairly – in an election. The more we read about this centralized, coordinated, effort, the more we at this site are convinced that many in the GOP do believe they won, because they truly don’t believe the “inner-city” votes should be as high as they are, and should count less than the votes of “real Americans.”

Hell, Mitch McConnell virtually told us just that last night when he said stats show that Black Americans vote in the same proportion as Americans. (Admittedly, if he had just slipped “any other” Americans he’d be fine, but that’s not what he said and it does seem to be the perception out there.)

Today, Detroit News Channel 4 obtained audio recordings of the Michigan co-GOP telling a crowd that Trump’s campaign directed the fake elector’s plot:

New audio files reportedly capture a member of Michigan’s Republican Party claiming that the former president’s campaign directed party members to help overturn the results of the 2020 election.

Meshawn Maddock, the co-chair of the Michigan Republican Party, was one of the 16 GOP electors who submitted false electoral college documents to the National Archive in an attempt to give former President Donald Trump a win in Michigan in the 2020 presidential election after-the-fact.

** From the recording:

“We fought for investigations into every part of the election we could,” Meshawn Maddock reportedly said. “He fought for a team of people to come and testify in front of the committee. We fought to seat the electors. The Trump campaign asked us to do that … we’re under a lot of scrutiny for that today.”

“Scrutiny?” Sounds like a lot of “pressure,” meaning “GET THIS DONE.”

“My husband has … suffered for that a little bit in Lansing because it’s not very popular. But you know, when you represent the whole state of Michigan … I realize that even though you’re going to vote for somebody to be your next state representative, your next state senator, the truth is, this body of people, they represent all of us.”

We don’t know much of the backstory, but it sounds like her husband was one of the good guys. The Michigan GOP had that 3-2 vote come down as to certification of a county(?) and one GOP member did the right thing, as we recall.

Regardless, we honestly wonder if any of the people who are convinced this election was stolen don’t stand back occasionally and wonder why Hillary (hated more than anyone) called Trump the next morning to congratulate him, and wonder why it’s always so different with them?
