Ted Cruz May Be in Serious Trouble: Jan 6 Panel About to Release His Emails With John Eastman — the Author of Trump/Pence Election Memo
Jonn Eastman is the attorney who came up with the idea that if there were “alternate electors” on the day that Mike Pence opened the envelopes, Academy Awards-style – except everyone already knows who won, then that would be enough for Pence to become confused, such that he couldn’t count those electors (only from states that Biden won, you understand) and Pence would be left with no choice but to send those electors back, which would send the election to the House of Representatives, where Trump would win.
Any Constitutional law student who proposed such a solution to a “Presidential LOSS” would immediately fail the class and be referred to the dean for possible expulsion for thinking that such a diabolical and clearly unconstitutional plan was viable (i.e. a coup). It sounds right up Ted Cruz’s alley, doesn’t it? So how did John Eastman come up with the plan? Well, he might well have been communicating the plan to Ted Cruz all along.
STOP HERE MOMENTARILY: To the extent that Eastman sent emails to Ted Cruz concerning “the plan,” that should blow up every single claim to attorney-client privilege ever, with respect to Eastman and Trump
So, the theory on Twitter is that the Judge is about to force Eastman’s emails to be released, including those with Ted Cruz. It doesn’t take a lawyer to know what that means. If Eastman was in a seditious conspiracy with Trump to steal a national election, and was communicating the plan to steal it with Ted Cruz, and Cruz helped with the plan, yes – that makes Theodore Cruz a co-conspirator, eligible for an indictment and prison time, presuming that at some point, someone is going to consider all of this a crime.

These Cruz-Eastman memos should be explosive: they’re likely to diagram the pre-Jan 6 criminal coup that would’ve positioned Pence to toss the presidential election to the House, where Trump had a lock on 26 of the 50 state delegations https://t.co/WpOKQgiTNc

Hey hey! That’s what we got, too. Well, we’ll just wait then. It shouldn’t be long now or people wouldn’t be talking about it.
