It Appears That Lauren Boebert is About to Go Through Some Really Hard Things

The same group that helped Rep. Madison Cawthorn (R-North Carolina) lose his bid for reelection is now gunning (pun intended) for Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colorado.) They aim (ha-ha) to gain her defeat in the June 28 Republican primary for Colorado’s Third Congressional District, Mediaite reports.

In an interview with Insider Wednesday, David B. Wheeler, co-founder of the American Muckrakers PAC, flat out said Boebert is the group’s next target. Now the PAC has launched the website fireboebert.com.

“We helped fire Madison Cawthorn,” the new website says. “Now it’s Lauren Boebert’s turn.”

“I think we’re gonna go after Lauren Boebert in Colorado in a similar way,” Wheeler told Insider. “I think we’re gonna engage in that race pretty quickly.”

We already know Boebert had an “Explore Talent” page and that seem fairly innocent.

Wheeler’s group helped kick Cawthorn to the curb by using a website — www.firemadison.com to broadcast some pretty damaging information related to the Trump-supporting/insurrectionist Congressman, including the now-infamous clip showing him nude in bed and humping another young man.

“I was being crass with a friend, trying to be funny. We were acting foolish, and joking. That’s it,” Cawthorn said in response to the clip.

Cawthorn, who has been implicated in a number of scandals, lost his seat in the Republican Party, meaning his time in Congress will be thankfully short.

Now the PAC is focusing on Boebert, and Wheeler notes on the website that they are “seeking tips on information, pictures, videos, or documents on Boebert or her associates.” The group has also launched a Twitter account to highlight the website and the first tweet reads: “Hi@RepBoebert — Please visit with @RepCawthorn about us. We look forward to getting to know you.”

Wheeler told Insider the group has already collected “interesting information” on Boebert, who has certainly been the center of several of her own scandals. Apparently, however, they aren’t quite the barn-burners that Cawthorn’s were.

Again, these are pretty benign, so I wonder what they think they have?

But, Wheeler says, he plans “to focus on targeted messages through texting and social media at unaffiliated women” as Colorado’s primary system allows voters who are unaffiliated with the GOP or Democratic Party to vote during the primary and on election day.

After the PAC has bounced Boebert out of office I think their next targets should be Marjorie Taylor Greene and Matt Gaetz.

I can’t think of two people who are more deserving of this.
