Jimmy Kimmel Eviscerates Trump: ‘Unfathomable That This Imbecile Was Running the Country!’

One can think what one wants about Jimmy Kimmel’s show, but with respect to social issues, the guy has been all heart ever since his baby was born with a bad heart. Perhaps he had the same values prior, but ever since, he seems to appreciate his good fortune and thinks of the people that struggle. This, of course, makes him a Democrat and it’s not our fault that people who deeply appreciate their place in life and want to help others are all Democrats. Ask all of Trump’s friends how much they want to help the poor.

There’s your answer.

Kimmel hates Trump for that exact reason. They are on the opposite ends of the spectrum when it comes to how they view others less fortunate than them. In case you weren’t aware, Kimmel hates Trump:

Mark Esper, Trump’s former defense secretary, appeared on 60 Minutes this weekend to share what Kimmel called an “almost impossible-to-believe anecdote about Trump’s plan to handle Americans protesting outside the White House after the killing of George Floyd.”

Esper said Trump wondered aloud “can’t you just shoot them? Just shoot them in the legs or something?” and that the president suggested bringing in troops to shoot the protesters. “Well, in fairness, he said the same thing about Eric,” Kimmel deadpanned.

At least he knows Eric’s name. The same can’t be said of his youngest son, who he once noted that “Melania has a son…” before he quickly corrected himself. Kimmel moved on:

In response to Esper’s interview, Trump told 60 Minutes: “This is a complete lie, and 10 witnesses can back it up … Mark Esper was weak and totally ineffective, and because of it, I had to run the military.”

“Right, Captain Bone Spurs had to run the military for Mark Esper,” Kimmel laughed. “And we know that’s a lie because unlike everything else he ran, the military didn’t go bankrupt on his watch.

No, the military didn’t go bankrupt but the deficit did get worse.

“It’s really almost unfathomable that this imbecile was running our country,” he added.

No kidding.
