‘SHE’S A NAZI’ Trends at No. 1 After Marjorie Taylor Green Says She’s a ‘Christian Nationalist and That’s a Good Thing’

#SHE IS A NAZI is trending Number One right now on Twitter because Marjorie Taylor Green has brought her fascism out into the sunshine for a walk. She’s a “Christian Nationalist,” and that’s a “good thing.”

Christianity Today published a column in 2021 on the dangers of “Christian Nationalism.” In it, they wrote: (Link Below)

Christian nationalism tends to treat other Americans as second-class citizens. If it were fully implemented, it would not respect the full religious liberty of all Americans. Empowering the state through “morals legislation” to regulate conduct always carries the risk of overreaching, setting a bad precedent, and creating governing powers that could be used later against Christians.

Actually, that power would be used against all Americans at some point because Christian Nationalism is code for fascism and always has been. It establishes a ruling class that destroys democracy. According to Rutgers University scholar Joseph Williams:

There are numerous expressions of Christian nationalism, and some pose more of a threat to democracy than others. That said, when Christian nationalists seek to automatically privilege conservative Christian norms and identity, they separate out a special class of “true,” “fully American” citizens from others. And in a multi-ethnic, multi-religious democracy such as ours, these efforts are inherently destabilizing and undermine open and honest national debates over a host of issues.

“Automatically privilege conservative Christians.” Sounds fascist to us. And that must be why Marjorie loves it so much, as she said over the weekend. From Mediaite:

Republican congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) offered a full-throttled embrace of Christian nationalism over the weekend while attending the Turning Point USA Student Action Summit in Florida.  Speaking toNext News Network on Saturday, Greene was asked what she believes should be the “primary focus of the GOP going into 2022?”

“We need to be the party of nationalism. And I’m a Christian. I say it proudly we should be Christian nationalists,” she said. Greene made similar comments while on stage at the conference of young Republican activists. “I actually call myself a Christian nationalist,” she said on stage. “That’s not a bad word. That’s actually a good thing.”

True. It’s a great thing if you’re a white conservative Christian nationalist who cares more about preserving that privilege than extending democracy to “mud races” (their term); it’s great… at least at first, but they eventually come for you, too. They always do in a fascist nation.

And that is why SHE IS A NAZI is trending Number one on Twitter:
