A deliberate act, typically as part of a systematic campaign, that causes human suffering or death on a large scale.

And here is Rudy’s argument that Joe Biden has committed “Crimes against humanity” in dealing with Trump, MAGA, and as president. Apparently, Rudy has a program on WABC in New York on Sundays (Don’t ask us how), and he delivered his closing argument, starting with Adam Schiff.

“How many more times do these people have to lie? The whole group of them have to lie. They’re lying about Jan. 6 right now. It’s the same group. Shifty [Adam Schiff] is the guy who told us he had the proof of Russian collusion. There is no proof. It was made up by Hillary Clinton.”

Even if Adam Schiff said he had proof of Russian collusion, which we don’t believe, it would not – you will note – constitute a crime against humanity.

“He’s a damn liar when he starts calling Jan. 6 an insurrection or a revolt. He’s an inhumane human being when he fails to investigate Ashli Babbit’s killing or the involvement of Antifa or the involvement and the mistakes — or maybe worse — of the Capitol Police that led to a lot of this.”

Blaming the victim – the Capitol Police – comes naturally to the MAGA cause. The “back the blue” mayor then said that there are people still in jail for “pushing cops around.” Then says:

“By putting them in jail for 14 months and leaving them there, you’ve got a fascist state going on, pal. I’m not afraid to say that. Joe Biden, you run this place like this is a damn dictatorship and you should be tried for crimes against humanity.”

Joe Biden hasn’t put a single person in jail.

If gaslighting were a crime against humanity, Rudy would be hauled off to The Hague in minutes.
