The GOP is Teasing Biden Because He Did Something Kind and Considerate While Visiting Kentucky Flood Victims

It’s kind of amazing. The GOP proves themselves to be absolutely awful, every single day. Today, it was a tweet they sent about Joe Biden, who is in Kentucky visiting victims of the recent flooding, and offering the federal government’s support. Mind you, the damage from the floods have resulted in the worst flooding in Kentucky’s history.

At least 37 people have died since last month’s deluge, which dropped 8 to 10.5 inches of rain in 48 hours. The National Weather Service said Sunday that flooding remains a threat, warning of more thunderstorms through Thursday.

The Bidens were greeted by Governor Andy Beshear and his wife, Britainy, when they arrived in eastern Kentucky. They drove to see devastation from the storms in Breathitt County, stopping at the site where a school bus, carried by floodwaters, crashed into a partially-collapsed building.

Attending a briefing on the flooding’s impact with first responders and recovery specialists at Marie Roberts-Caney Elementary School in Lost Creek, Biden pledged the continued support of the federal government.

“We’re not leaving,” he said. “As long as it takes, we’re going to be here.”

During the briefing, Biden interrupted Beshear, and asked whether he could say something. Beshear responded that he’s the president, he can do whatever he wants! And Biden replied that he still had to ask. So basically, Biden is kind. He’s a nice guy. But in MAGA world, this is totally unacceptable. NOPE. You gotta be nasty and send mean tweets. Tease men about their height. Call women dogs. You know, all the things they love Trump so dearly for doing.

Because remember, this is a real man to today’s Republican Party:

And the GOP actually sent out a tweet showing the interaction:

As you’d imagine, people on Twitter were disgusted:
