So, I see that Trump was up in the middle of the night again worrying about the search warrant. Well, that makes him just like every other Trump (Funny, though, we haven’t heard from Ivanka. Mary Trump and Michael Cohen have fingered Jared as the informant).

So far, we’ve seen a 3:00 rant from Don Jr. on Rumble that isn’t even worth linking, something about “30 agents” (as if the number is important) from the FBI conducting the search. As if five agents could search a place as large as Mar-a-Lago, including a storage room near the pool. Of course, Don Jr. ignores that the FBI got exactly what it set out in the warrant.

Oh, and Eric Trump said last night that he and Lara were having dinner, and a couple insisted upon buying them dinner “because of all the country has done to them.” Eric never lies, either.

Like the rest of the family, Trump is panicking, too. He got on Truth Social and acted as though he was offering something very selfless. He wants transparency. He wants an “unredacted” copy of the affidavit supporting the search warrant released publicly. That’s mighty nice of him. The affidavit would near convict him with the information contained therein. It would, however, reveal the name of the witnesses.

There is no way to justify the unannounced RAID of Mar-a-Lago, the home of the 45th President of the United States (who got more votes, by far, than any sitting President in the history of our Country!), by a very large number of gun-toting FBI Agents, and the Department of “Justice” but, in the interest of TRANSPARENCY, I call for the immediate release of the completely Unredacted Affidavit pertaining to this horrible and shocking BREAK-IN. Also, the Judge on this case should recuse!

In what is sure to be a coincidence (No), DOJ has now moved to keep the affidavit under seal. From NBC News:

Justice Department lawyers on Monday asked the judge who approved the search warrant for former President Donald Trump‘s Mar-a-Lago resort to keep the accompanying affidavit under seal, citing a need to protect witnesses and the ongoing investigation.

Federal prosecutors responded to inquiries from numerous news organizations, including NBC News, to make the affidavit public by arguing it should remain sealed “to protect the integrity of an ongoing law enforcement investigation that implicates national security.”

They also said the affidavit contains “highly sensitive information about witnesses, including witnesses interviewed by the government; specific investigative techniques; and information required by law to be kept under seal.”

So, yes – three reasons. First, protect the identity of the witnesses. Second, to protect how they are investigating the matter. And three, to keep the national secrets set out in the affidavit “secret.”

It isn’t coming out, and Trump knows it. He thinks he looks “fair” by asking them to release it, knowing they won’t agree.
