Meghan McCain Condemns the Attack on Paul Pelosi — And It Doesn’t End Well for Her

As you probably know by now, Nancy Pelosi’s husband Paul Pelosi was assaulted during a break-in at the couple’s San Francisco home early on Friday and a suspect has been arrested.

Paul Pelosi was taken to the hospital and is expected to make a full recovery, despite being attacked with a HAMMER.

The Democratic speaker, who is second in line for the presidency, was in Washington with her protective detail at the time of the assault, according to the U.S. Capitol Police.

According to CNN, the assailant shouted “Where is Nancy?” before the attack. The Associated Press reported the hammer-wielding assailant specifically targeted the Pelosis’ home.

Most on Twitter are obviously outraged. We don’t know the motive behind the attack yet, but I think most of us can take an educated guess. The “Where’s Nancy” tells us quite a bit, and right-wing violence has been on the uptick for years.

One person who expressed her anger was Meghan McCain. Did you know her father was John McCain! Yep, she never mentions it. And her husband is the disgusting publisher of the The Federalist. Anyway, McCain tweeted, “I feel absolutely sick, horrified and disgusted about the news of Paul Pelosi. What in God’s name is happening in this country?! Everyone join me and send support, love, prayers, anything you can to Speaker Pelosi, her husband and the entire Pelosi family. This is a broken world.”
