Meidas Touch Blows Twitter Up with Video ‘Trump Is SCARED’, Viral Meme Is Everywhere

Just last week, a judge in central California ruled that John Eastman’s attorney-client privileged communications with Trump were not privileged. The reason the judge found the communications fit the “criminal enterprise” exception. The emails were communications as part of a criminal conspiracy, in the judge’s opinion. (Though only for evidentiary purposes).

This week, the Department of Justice is trying a similar theory to get Pat Cipollone – former White House Counsel and the golden goose when it comes to inside information about Donald Trump as president to testify in front of a grand jury. Cipollone has asserted both attorney-client privilege and executive privilege. The court is about to rule whether the privilege applies, not as part of a criminal conspiracy, but – under the “crime” exception. If an attorney explains to a client, “If you do ABC, you will be charged with felonies XYZ.” If the client then goes out and does “XYZ,” the communication isn’t privileged because it is proof that the person intended to commit the crime and did so knowingly.

If Pat Cipollone testifies before the grand jury, it’s “ballgame,” as a legal analyst said today on CNN. Trump is in real trouble for January 6th – never mind, the Florida files case where he appears dead to rights. And so tonight, after the public absorbed all the news today regarding Cipollone. Trump had reason to be scared, and that wasn’t even counting the fact that the Committee is lurking right behind him!

Trump is in a no-win situation in front of the Committee. They subpoenaed him. He demanded that they let him testify live. They’re open to it. Now Trump is backing off. He appears scared. And our guys at Meidas Touch were all over it with the new video below, which set Twitter off with the Trump is scared meme:

#TRUMP IS SCARED ran at number one on my timeline, and it’s entirely because of the video above (Well, and Cipollone). To donate to MeidasTouch

Above. Every time we see the above, it seems just a little too perfectly planned. They needed Pence out of the building to stop the counting. The people were yelling “Hang” Mike Pence (Not “kill,’ Not “shoot,” Not, “murder,” but – “HANG”) and they had the perfect photo-op in front.
