As people are often reminded, Michael Cohen has provided information and made predictions that sound bizarre, almost impossible at first, and then – of course, end up coming true. This morning on the Katie Phang show on MSNBC, he made an assertion that doesn’t sound bizarre or impossible, indeed, it’s one that people have tossed around a bit already. Everyone knows that the FBI has a source very close to Trump. There has been speculation it could be family.

Cohen says that not only is it possibly family, but it’s also potentially the closest family.

“You take a look at Jared and Ivanka, why did they leave? Well Jared got everything that he wanted, and so did Ivanka; they made $640 million while they were in the administration, and Jared’s father got a pardon that he wanted.”

And they cannot yet be positive that they made it out free and clear from any criminal issues. One way to be sure that they remain clean is to cut a deal with the FBI and DOJ. Depending on what crimes the FBI believes may or may not have been committed by Jared and Ivanka, they could cut themselves a deal that allows them to walk away with a lot of pocketed money. Speaking of pocketed money, the fact that both Ivanka and Jared, separately and together, have so much more money than the other siblings that their futures aren’t tied to Trump’s political career, gives them both far more freedom in surveying the landscape.

On top of that, Jared pulled down another two and a half billion from the Saudis, and as I have stated on this, show I believe that Jared and Ivanka are potentially the moles, you know, in terms of the Mar-a-Lago documents and so on.

And it would be very interesting to have, let’s say, the son-in-law and the daughter who are FBI informants, DOJ informants acting as senior members of the campaign floor, or administration, if he [Donald Trump] should somehow manage to slide back in — and so they are gone as well.

It is hard to discern what Cohen means down below other than perhaps if Trump won again with Jared and Ivanka hiding under deep cover, and Trump won, he would eventually get to complain about “spying on my campaign” again, though neither would be an official part of the campaign.
