Kyle Rittenhouse Is Just SO SAD That All His Events Keep Getting Cancelled

Kyle Rittenhouse was in whine mode during an interview with Sebastian Gorka on his America First podcast, complaining about how “unfair” it is that events where he was supposed to make an appearance keep getting canceled, Newsweek reports.

You may remember that Rittenhouse, an Illinois resident, was found not guilty of murdering two men with an AR-15-style rifle during a protest in Kenosha, Wisconsin in August 2020. Now beloved by Republicans everywhere (even to the point of being given his own theme song. Ugh), Rittenhouse lambasted the “woke mob” whom he blames for companies scrapping his planned public appearances.

One of the latest incidences happened Friday when the Conroe, Texas-based Southern Brewing Company announced it was pulling out of hosting a right-wing event where Rittenhouse was scheduled to appear. Southern Star said the rally didn’t “reflect our own values” noting “we don’t do rallies, we make beer for people who like beer.”

Um, okay. So why did they sign up for this, to begin with? It’s great that they pulled out, but didn’t they understand what this was going to be about, to begin with? Just curious is all.

It’s safe to assume Rittenhouse is also wondering what to do with his time tonight (Wednesday) now that the private reception for him in the Oak Room at Las Vegas’s Venetian Resort pulled the plug on him as well. Rittenhouse had tweeted “You guys aren’t going to want to miss out on this one!”

Apparently, the resort felt differently.

In a statement, the Grand Canal Shoppes said the event, sponsored by the National Association for Gun Rights, didn’t “align with our property’s core event guidelines.”

On the podcast, Gorka, who’s very much a creep himself, asked Rittenhouse about the Texas rally being canceled, and Rittenhouse had this to say:

“I was supposed to be giving a speech at Southern Star Brewery with Defiance Press, and they booted us because the woke mob found out I posted about it.”

“I tried to promote it to get people to come and hear about censorship and the Second Amendment and they didn’t like that,” Rittenhouse told Gorka. He noted the event has now been moved to the Lone Star Convention Center in Conroe.

Then he referred to the now-canceled event in Las Vegas.

“But just recently, as of this morning, the Oak Room at the Venetian canceled us and bent to the woke mob saying we aren’t going to host you guys anymore,” Rittenhouse said.

He decided to do some more complaining about the Star Brewing Company, questioning the company’s reasoning for canceling the censorship rally.

“They said they are apolitical, but after doing a dive into their social media, they’ve hosted Pride parades, they’ve had political events there,” he whined. “It’s just because of my name and they’re just being unfair and biased.”

The company has suffered unpleasant repercussions for announcing it would no longer host the event with Rittenhouse. According to CEO Dave Fougeron, there has been a flood of threats and harassment.

“The threats we have received so far have been mostly on our Squarespace account, where people can leave burner or made-up email addresses, he told Newsweek.

“We were receiving about 50 of these messages per hour,” Fougeron said. “Most of them were just name-calling, but some of them were people wishing us bodily harm and property damage.”

“I don’t believe any of these threats to be credible at the moment. It is really easy to sling mud anonymously. We have asked our regulars to keep a bit more of a watchful eye on us, but I don’t think anyone thinks that they are in any danger.”

But Fougeron said he couldn’t help but find it “highly ironic” that right-wing publisher Defiance Press, the organizer of the “free speech” event is now trying to “cancel us from exercising our rights to free speech.”

But isn’t that right-wingers in a nutshell? They call liberals “snowflakes” but then can’t handle it when we actually do use free speech. It also seems to me that Rittenhouse used up his 15 minutes of fame long ago. It’d be nice if he’d just disappear.
