Trump Posts Photo of Rally Crowd on Truth Social and It Does NOT Show the ‘Tens of Thousands of People’ He Claimed Would Attend

Well, Donald Trump held his first large rally of his campaign on Saturday and thank goodness it’s over. It was held in Waco, Texas, coincidentally on the anniversary of the siege at Waco which saw the deaths of 76 people, including 25 children.

Trump’s camp basically said that holding the rally in Waco on the anniversary of the 1993 Waco siege was just a silly coincidence. Trump campaign spokesperson Steven Cheung said that the central-Texas city was chosen “because it is centrally located to all four of Texas’ biggest metropolitan areas—Dallas/Ft. Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio—while providing the necessary infrastructure to hold a rally of this magnitude.”

“This is the ideal location to have as many supporters from across the state and in neighboring states attend this historic rally,” Cheung said.

Yeah right. And Trump weighs 236 pound too, right?

Trump was actually asked about the Waco siege in an interview with Newsmax on Friday, but he didn’t want to talk about it. What did he want to talk about? CROWD SIZE.

The one-term, twice-impeached loser told host Rob Schmitt, “Well, I knew there’s tens of thousands of people that we’re going to have, you, you know, many, many tens of thousands, the line is already miles long trying to get in. We’re going to have a great time in Waco, we’re going to have a great time in Texas.”

“We have tremendous support,” he continued. “We have a lot of congressmen coming, a lot of the great people in politics are coming, and most importantly the people of Texas are going, and it’s going to be a very big rally.”

TENS OF THOUSANDS. MANY, MANY TENS OF THOUSANDS! So, like 50,000?

Let’s talk about that.

Earlier we wrote a post about how Trump’s own aerial video footage showed the crowd, and it didn’t show 15,000 people. Maybe 1,500? Maybe 2,000? But TENS OF THOUSANDS? Nope.

Then Trump hit Truth Social after the rally, and posted a photo of the crowd. Let me show you the photo first, then let’s analyze it, shall we?

First, here’s the post:

And here is the photo of the crowd:

Now, at quick glance, yeah, that’s a crowd. And yes, it’s bigger than Joe Biden would get. That’s because we Democrats are normal people with lives, and don’t really want to wait 12 hours in line to see a politician. We are also not sheep. We also have jobs and things to do and don’t belong to a cult.

But let’s look closer at the photo, because it shows it’s not that packed after all. And mind you, Trump chose this photo, and cropped it, because his team felt it was the best one that showed a large crowd. But look at the back of the photo:

There are a lot of open spaces there! In fact, you can see quite a few people sitting down. So much for “standing room only”!

And the top left part of the photo, you can see the crowd just stops. So perhaps there was a barrier there, but the crowd certainly didn’t go past the people we see in the photo.

Now, we don’t know why the crowd was smaller than the “TENS OF THOUSANDS” that Trump has predicted. Maybe people are just tired of his schtick. Maybe they didn’t want to take the drive. Or maybe his niece Mary Trump was successful in her scheme to lower the rally’s attendance.

Mary Trump encouraged her followers on Twitter to reserve tickets ahead of time to “make sure most of the seats are empty when the traitor takes the stage.”

Trump’s niece tweeted, “Donald has a rally in Waco this Saturday. It’s a ploy to remind his cult of the infamous Waco siege of 1993, where an anti-government cult battled the FBI. Scores of people died. He wants the same violent chaos to rescue him from justice. But we can stop him. If we book the 50,000+ venue, we can make sure most of the seats are empty when the traitor takes the stage.

We can no longer fail to hold powerful men accountable for their crimes against our country. 👇 Hit the link below—each mobile number can register up to two tickets per event, for free. It may not seem like a big deal, but everybody who does this will make a difference. Trust me.”

Regardless of the reason, it’s a good thing. Still, Trump will lie. He will say there were 25,000 people there, and his people will believe it. We live in different times, where Trump’s supporters don’t listen to reason, or actual news. They believe what Trump says, no matter how crazy or unrealistic. Luckily the number of people who are true cultists are dwindling, but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t take him seriously. Trump could very well win. Back in 2016 we never thought it possible…but he won. And look at how he destroyed our country in just 4 years. And how he continues to destroy this country. So we must continue to call out his lies, and hope that we can reach just a few of his supporters, and hopefully they will start to see that what he says just doesn’t match with reality.

Because remember, this is who Trump supporters are…and if we can reach just a few of them, maybe we can make a difference.
