Trump Posts Deceptively Edited Video of Michael Moore Praising Him, Leaving Out a MAJOR Part

Donald Trump has once again brought out a pseudo-endorsement by progressive filmmaker Michael Moore — but he’s purposely leaving out one key part — that the video is satire, The Independent reports.

As he typically does, he hopped on Truth Social on Saturday and posted a clip from Moore’s 2016 documentary Michael Moore in TrumpLand. The clip was edited quite sneakily — with sections where Moore criticizes Trump being excised.

You see, the thing is, Trump likely knows his supporters are too dim to actually look the clip up, and since he perennially feels the need to look good. He knew he could get away with this without being questioned.

In the entire, unedited clip the frequently incendiary documentarian predicted Trump would win the 2016 election, fueled by a thunderous dislike of American elites, but then said those who voted for him would soon regret it.

The clip was posted to Trump’s feed without comment and followed a stream of endorsements by less prominent Republican politicians like the fortunately fired Joe Arpaio, the former Arizona sheriff who was rightfully convicted for violating the constitutional rights of Hispanic Americans, even to the point of violating a court order that demanded him to stop doing so.

Some of Trump’s allies, like the alt-right’s Milo Yiannopoulos, for instance, previously tried to pass off the very same video as an endorsement in 2016. Even though Moore voted for Hillary Clinton and described Trump as a “legal terrorist.”

Moore wasn’t wrong, now was he?

“Every beaten-down, nameless, forgotten working stiff who used to be a part of what was called the middle class loves Trump,” Moore says in the clip, in the same over-blown style used by the Trump campaign.

“He is the human Molotov cocktail that they’ve been waiting for — the human hand grenade that they can legally throw into the system that stole their lives from them…”

“Trump’s election is gonna be the biggest ‘f**ck you’ ever recorded in human history.”

I swear I don’t know why the rest of the clip wound up on the cutting room floor. Really.

“And it will feel good. For a day. You know, maybe a week. Possibly a month.”

“When the rightfully angry people of Ohio, and Michigan, and Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin find out after a few months in office that President Trump wasn’t gonna do a damn thing for them, it’ll be too late to do anything about it.”

“But I get it,” Moore added. “You wanted to send a message. You had righteous anger and justifiable anger. Well, message sent. Goodnight, America. You’ve just elected the last president of the United States.”

Moore got most of that right. And considering the hell raised during the January 6, 2021, Capitol insurrection, we almost wound up with a dictator for a president. But Moore has frequently been a very astute documentarian and if you want to watch the original video, it’s right HERE.

You know, the one that Trump didn’t want you to see. Here is the one Trump posted:
