Watch as Ron DeSantis Treats His Wife Very Trump-Like, Completely Ignoring and Walking Past Her

As everyone knows, Donald Trump isn’t a gentleman, and we saw that time and time again in the way he treated his wife Melania. Of course Melania often shot back, and would refuse to hold his hand, etc., so it must be some sick game the two of them have going on. But still, after eight years of having Barack and Michelle Obama in the White House it was often shocking to see a man not be a…gentleman.

Literally from the beginning of his term, before Melania even moved into the White House, Trump was showing how he felt about his First Lady:

And of course this was surprising, because whether the president was Democrat or Republican, we always expected them to be true gentlemen, to act with class and decorum, and this includes treating his wife like a lady.

But then again, Trump showed from the very first day he became president (gag) exactly who he was. No one can forget Inauguration Day, when Trump hopped out of the limo to greet the Obamas, and just left Melania behind. Love her or hate her, you had to feel for her. She was in such an odd situation that only a handful of women have ever experienced. And the man who was supposed to love and protect her just left her behind to find her own way.

So gross. And again, we don’t have to look back very far to see how it’s supposed to be done:

And Trump repeatedly showed how much he disrespected Melania. Like holding the umbrella over himself, but not his wife.

And most sad of all, Trump wouldn’t even provide cover for his son Barron, who was around 13 years old here:

So yeah, Trump is a pig. We know this and it’s no surprise. What is a surprise is seeing Ron DeSantis treat his wife Casey the same way. Based on reports, Ron and Casey DeSantis are very much in love, and Casey is actually one of her husband’s top advisers. So it was odd to see this:
