2024 Election
Don Jr. Seems to Forget What His Own Father Looks Like as He Launches Gross Attack on Chris Christie
Now that Chris Christie has officially entered the 2024 presidential race, certain intellectually-challenged members of the Trump family are already spreading the snark a little thin. Not long after the former New Jersey Governor launched his campaign, Donald Trump Jr. began the fat jokes. Well, I don’t think anyone has ever accused him of being particularly imaginative.
It’s silly of Junior to do this because Christie has little chance of beating dear old Dad, Donald Trump in securing the top of the ticket. Of course, the election is still a ways off and things can change and Christie has said he’s more than willing to have a go at the former president, Uproxx reports.
“New Chris Christie for President logo just dropped,” Junior tweeted, adding a laughing emoji and the Krispy Kreme logo photoshopped to say “Chris Krispy.”
Because, of course, that’s the sort of juvenile humor Donald Trump’s eldest son likes to resort to.

Of course, Junior seems to forget his father looks like an over-large orange sack of potatoes, but his dumb joke isn’t the only crack anyone’s made about Christie’s weight since he began his campaign Tuesday.
Fox News anchor John Roberts also said something stupid as more Republican contenders vie for the primary.
“And now we’re gonna have Chris Christie’s straw in there, and judging by Chris Christie’s physical stature, he could drink a lot of the milkshake if he wanted to,” Roberts said, according to Mediaite. “But you’re not affecting the Donald Trump milkshake.”
At least Roberts, unlike Don Jr. saw fit to apologize for his remarks.
“Earlier on the show, I was making an analogy to describe the Republican voter pool, and I made a comment that I meant to be light-hearted, but I immediately realized was hurtful toward Governor Christie,” Roberts said. “I should not have said what I said. I deeply regret it and I sincerely apologize to the governor.”
Unlike Junior, Roberts has the maturity to apologize, and to admit when he’s wrong. Donald Trump Jr. has learned his bullying ways from his father, meaning it’s unlikely he’ll ever change. Both are emotionally and intellectually stunted.
Luckily there were quite a few people on Twitter to explain why to Don Jr. why his attack was rather hypocritical:
