MAGAs Are Going NUTS After Arnold Schwarzenegger Says Heaven Is Just ‘Some Fantasy’, ‘Leftist Atheists Hate Jesus!’

Lots of folks are all bent out of shape at Arnold Schwarzenegger now that the former California governor has said he doesn’t believe in an afterlife and then went on to criticize those who did. Schwarzenegger was referring to a recent interview he did with the ever-controversial radio host Howard Stern, who asked the Predator star what he thought happened to people after they die, OK! Magazine reports.

“I said, ‘Nothing. You’re 6 feet under. Anyone that tells you something else is a f*cking liar,” the Terminator star said. “I said, ‘We don’t know what happens with the soul and all this spiritual stuff that I’m not an expert in, but I know that the body as we see each other now, we will never see each other agian like that.'”

I’ve always seen Schwarzenegger as a man who doesn’t mince words and he didn’t here either. To him, the idea of Heaven is nothing more than a pleasant “fantasy.”

“When people talk about, ‘I will see them again in heaven,’ it sounds so good, but the reality is that we won’t see each other again after we’re gone,” he explained. “That’s the sad part. I know people feel comfortable with death, but I don’t.”

“Because I will f*cking miss the sh*t out of everything,” Schwarzenneger said. “To sit with you here, that will one day be gone? And to have fun and to go to the gym and to pump up, to ride my bike on the beach, to travel around, to see interesting things all over the world. What the f*ck?”

This hits me hard sometimes. To no longer be able to play with my beautiful cats or my silly dogs. To no longer experience nature and to snorkel. To not be able to talk to my sister. Those thoughts make me sad.

But as you might imagine, after the interview, the critics swooped down on social media to criticize the 75-year-old for saying what he thinks.

“Arnold Schwarzenegger just angry because he’s not going to heaven. No place for another evil greedy trashy elitist,” one Twitter user fumed.

Another sniped “Nice to know none of these a**h***s will be in Haeven [sic] with us.”

A third user really went off the rails, accusing him of calling Jesus “an effing liar” adding, ‘Who do you trust more? Jesus or Arnold?”

Schwarzenegger isn’t particularly religious now, but he had a religious upbringing. Perhaps that’s why he’s not religious now.

“I grew up Catholic,” he said in a YouTube posted to his channel in 2021. “I went to church, went to Catholic school, I learned the Bible … And from those days I remember a phrase that is relevant today: a servant’s heart. It means serving something larger than yourself.”

“What we need right now from our elected representatives is a public servant’s heart,” he said in the video. “We need public servants that serve something larger than their own power or their own party. We need public servants who will serve higher ideals, the ideals in which this country was founded, the ideals that other countries look up to.”

Donald Trump certainly wasn’t interested in any of this and I doubt Ron DeSantis is either. It would be nice if politicians would remember things like this, and remember that they are supposed to have morals but I’m afraid most have forgotten this.

Sorry to be so negative, but I’ve been writing about politics for more than a decade now, and this is what I see.

And MAGA Twitter went nuts:
