Lots of People are Saying Don Jr. and Kimberly Guilfoyle Have SPLIT — But is it True?

I never quite understood the allure of this couple. Donald Trump Jr. is a young guy, somewhat handsome (if obnoxious, facsist coke-heads are your type) and could basically have any hot blonde in MAGA world. Kimberly Guilfoyle is 54, so almost ten years older than Trump, and it just seems she is so desperate to glom onto the Trump Train that she went for Don Jr. when he divorced his wife and the mother of his five young children. But, they have been dating since 2018, and for the most part seem like a normal couple.

Also, believe it or not, Kimberly is actually quite smart and at least at one point, was quite the prosecutor. She became famous prosecuting the horrific case of Diane Whipple, a young lacrosse coach who was killed by a San Francisco couple’s dogs, who were the pitbull-like breed Presa Canario. Guilfoyle won the case, often appearing on TV, and a legal star was born. And of course she was at a time the First Lady of San Francisco, being married to Gavin Newsom.

Over the holiday weekend, tweets started to pop up that the two were splitsville. Lots and lots of tweets said the same thing, but none of the tweets were from reliable sources.

There was this tweet which seemed to kick off the rest of the tweets, and it’s untrue…at least the part about Fox News reporting it:

After that, the tweets just started rolling in:

But I hate to break it to everyone, I don’t think this rumor is true. If it was, I do think there would be a formal announcement or statement. “Don Jr. and Fishlips have decided to go their separate ways but will always remain close and best friends forever”. You know, the typical statement bigwigs release when they split.

Plus, on Don Jr.’s Instagram there are photos of him fishing and enjoying the holiday. He says he is fishing with Kimberly, and while there are no photos of her, there is a photo of her son.

As for Guilfoyle, she posted on IG on Father’s Day, and included a photo of Don Jr.

Our favorite people over at Queerty seem to agree, saying:

“Neither Don Jr. nor Kimberly, who got engaged at Mar-a-Lago on New Year’s Eve 2020, less than a week before the January 6 insurrection, have confirmed they’ve split. In fact, the couple just announced they’ll be headlining an event together at the popular 55+ Florida retirement community The Villages along with 2022 gubernatorial loser Kari Lake.

VIP tickets to the event, which is being held on July 18, are $200 and include a copy of Lake’s new book “Unafraid: Just Getting Started.” The fact-free manuscript, which is about how the Arizona election was stolen by Democrats, is being published by Don Jr.’s publishing house.”

So I guess time will tell. It always seemed like an odd pairing. Don Jr. hooking up with someone older than his stepmother. But they did have a mutual love of all things Donald Trump and maybe that’s enough to keep these two together?
