Just after Trump was indicted for the third time, the second such indictment from Special Counsel Jack Smith, Trump took to his social media network, Truth Social. He wanted to let his followers know — because after all, who’s on that site except Trump fans — that he intends to do what he and they believe Joe Biden is doing to him back to President Biden if he’s elected.

According to the Washington Post on Wednesday,

The 45-page indictment filed Tuesday lays out the myriad ways Trump allegedly lied about mass voter fraud and tried to use those claims to get state, local and federal officials to change results to declare him the winner.

For weeks now, Trump has implied that the Department of Justice has been “weaponized” against him — a claim that belies the mountains of evidence against him. He claims that Biden and the DOJ are trying to make him spend all of his campaign money on legal bills so that he won’t be able to succeed in the general election if he wins the Republican primary.

But in his message, he went on to basically say that he would use his own DOJ, should he be elected, to do the same to Biden:

“Look, it’s not my fault that my political opponent in the Democrat Party, Crooked Joe Biden, has told his Attorney General to charge the leading (by far!) Republican Nominee & former President of the United States, me, with as many crimes as can be concocted so that he is forced to spend large amounts of time & money to defend himself. The Dems don’t want to run against me or they would not be doing this unprecedented weaponization of “Justice.” BUT SOON, IN 2024, IT WILL BE OUR TURN. MAGA!”

The fact is, all of his current supporters also believe that everything Trump is in hot water for has been made up, and the cult of Trump has always been one of revenge, not politics. Most Trump voters couldn’t tell you the first thing about the tax code, and would probably change their stance on abortion if Trump told them to.

This thinly-veiled threat will almost assuredly incite more violence as we saw on January 6, 2021.

But that wasn’t it, of course.

Then he said “I NEED ONE MORE INDICTMENT TO ENSURE MY ELECTION!”

Then Trump said, “I AM NOW GOING TO WASHINGTON, D.C., TO BE ARRESTED FOR HAVING CHALLENGED A CORRUPT, RIGGED, & STOLEN ELECTION. IT IS A GREAT HONOR, BECAUSE I AM BEING ARRESTED FOR YOU. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!”

Trump couldn’t stop and said, “Biden and his family steal Millions and Millions of Dollars, including BRIBES from foreign countries, and I’m headed to D.C. to be ARRESTED for protesting a CROOKED ELECTION. UNFAIR VENUE, UNFAIR JUDGE. We are a Nation in Decline. MAGA!!!”

And he finished with “CONSIDERING THE FACT THAT I HAD TO FLY TO A FILTHY, DIRTY, FALLING APART, & VERY UNSAFE WASHINGTON, D.C., TODAY, & THAT I WAS THEN ARRESTED BY MY POLITICAL OPPONENT, WHO IS LOSING BADLY TO ME IN THE POLLS, CROOKED JOE BIDEN, IT WAS A VERY GOOD DAY!”

Boy, does this man know he’s screwed or what??
