Chris Christie Drops HUGE List of Trump’s Misdeeds and Hearing it All Together is Truly Shocking

Chris Christie, a Republican presidential contender and ardent critic of former President Donald Trump, participated in a SiriusXM Town Hall at New England College in New Hampshire Tuesday. He was asked point-blank whether or not he believes the Trump family is corrupt.

The answer is jaw-droppingly clear and it certainly wasn’t lost on the former New Jersey governor.

At one point, he was asked his opinion about House Republicans officially opening an impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden earlier in the day. Christie said he didn’t think there was “enough evidence” to impeach Biden as the situation stands, but suggested the House should use its oversight powers to investigate corruption, especially “Jared and Ivanka making 40 plus million dollars a year while serving in the White House.”

I think Jared Kushner’s $2 billion deal with the Saudis should bring some questions as well. But that’s just me. However, this isn’t lost on Christie either, and he refers to it later on.

Moderator Steve Scully asked a follow-up question: “So are you saying that the Trump family is corrupt?”

Now that’s really a silly question. Do cats have whiskers? Of course, the Trump family is corrupt, and Christie responded by saying, “Yes. Sure. I mean, it’s just I mean, it’s readily apparent.”

“I mean, when you pay your son’s girlfriend 60 grand out of campaign money to give a three-minute speech, you’re using money that people donated to you,” Christie added. “And by the way, that money was donated by people who wanted to fund him to fight the ‘stolen election,’ when they donated that money, they didn’t think 60 grand was going to Kimberly Guilfoyle to give a three-minute speech.”

” They didn’t think $280,000 was going to Melania’s stylist. Right. So I don’t know what you would call that other than corrupt. And to send Jared Kushner to the Middle East and then having him within six months, and by the way, the $2 billion he got from the Saudis up until five days ago, he didn’t invest in any of that money. He got at six months after they left office in the middle of 2021. We’re down to the third quarter of 2023. That’s two years he hadn’t invested a nickel of the money, but paid himself his management fee out of that money as a percentage of the $2 billion, every quarter, for what? What was he managing? To make sure, pick up the phone and make sure the $2 billion was still there. Okay, great.”

Christie concluded by saying:

“So yeah, that looks like corruption to me,” in reference to Kushner paying himself $25 million a year from his advisory fund after he’d secured sizable investments from Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE.

As a former member of the Trump administration, Christie knows the Trump family quite well, and this is undoubtedly the reason why he is such a determined critic of the former president. At one point, he questioned the ex-president’s behavior, suggesting perhaps he wasn’t psychologically fit for public office.

“I think anybody who looks at what his objective actions have been over the course of his relationship with me, and what he said yesterday, they know what he was saying yesterday (Trump was saying some unflattering things about the former New Jersey governor, of course) is just so odd and disturbing that it should make everybody question whether this guy really has the psychological capacity to be a candidate for president, let alone be president again.”

Christie certainly has a point. He knows Trump and his family as well as anyone can. Corruption runs rampant in this family and it’s why Trump and his older sons Don Jr., and Eric are being investigated by the Manhattan Attorney General and it’s why their organization was found guilty of tax fraud and fined $1.6 billion.

I’ve included a clip of Christie’s commentary at the town hall below.
