It Appears Melania Might Be a ‘Big Problem’ for Donald Trump’s 2024 Presidential Campaign
Donald Trump is juggling quite a lot right now, with four court cases looming and his 2024 presidential campaign underway. But there’s one major topic that keeps dogging him during press and election events: Where’s Melania? SheKnows posits that Trump likely believes he and the missus have answered this question satisfactorily, but reports from behind the scenes indicate that his staffers are becoming increasingly worried about her prolonged absence.
It may seem old-fashioned to have your spouse on your arm during an election, but it’s still an item to be checked off on the campaign checklist โ and it’s definitely something voters notice. Melania was famously reluctant to be in the public eye the first time around and Trump’s supporters would probably prefer to see her more often, even if it’s only a little bit.
“The reports were that she was angry, and she wanted nothing more to do with politics… and nothing more to do with campaigning. She wanted out and wanted to be a private person with her son,” said MeidasTouchNetwork writer Ron Filipkowski on a recent livestream via Newsweek. “And I absolutely believe that is the case.”
Melania has been 100 percent absent from her husband’s court proceedings and, for the most part, from the campaign trail as well. Filipkowski reports that “Trump and Trump’s campaign people fully understand, that’s going to be a big problem that if she doesn’t at least get out there a little bit and show her support, it’s going to look bad.”

Funny, today at the NYC courtroom, Trump was asked what Melania thought about the proceedings. And the response is hysterical since we all know the two haven’t spoken in weeks:

For those of us who do not wish to see another Trump presidency, it’s going to look good.
The last time Melania was seen at a public event was at a Mar-a-Lago dinner in April. She also appeared in a brief Fox News interview in May. Otherwise, that’s it.
PR expert Jane Owen thinks Melania is wise to stay away from Donald Trump’s problems.
“The less she comments or is seen to be supportive or unsupportive, the more room she has to maneuver,” she told Newsweek. “If things go badly for Trump, she can remain relatively unscathed and come out with enough remaining star power to command a healthy fee for appearances or endorsements, should she want to go down that road.”
Owen thinks Melania is a “savvy woman who understands the power of the spotlight” and isn’t particularly interested in her husband’s constant demand for power. Indeed, Melania is enjoying her quiet life.
I’m not fond of Melania but considering how her husband has treated her, who can really blame her if she prefers tranquility?
