Trump Continued to Stay in Contact With Stormy Daniels Long After Their Initial ‘Meeting’ and Still Wanted to See Her

Even though Donald Trump continues to deny that he slept with Stormy Daniels, recent evidence suggests the two have a history together.

Trump was arrested and arraigned back in April in a Manhattan courtroom for allegedly paying the adult film actress to stay quiet about their purported fling before the 2016 election, OK! News reports.

Daniels is now saying she and The Apprentice star kept in touch over the next few years and he called her often. There was even one occasion when they were alone at Trump’s bungalow in the Beverly Hills Hotel, where he made her watch Shark Week. He paused the show to take a call from Hillary Clinton, who was seeking the Democratic nomination at the time. While Trump and Clinton later became rivals, at the time he declared “I love her.”

Yeah, sure.

Daniels said she never slept with Trump again, but he kept trying to reel her in by using The Celebrity Apprentice as “bait.”

Trump told her he’d have to rig the competition, and said this would help her career. This is interesting since he doesn’t like things (like elections, for instance) that he claimed are rigged. Even if they aren’t.

But the Celebrity Apprentice promise never worked out and Daniels stopped taking his calls.

“It’s easy to move on from bad sex with a billionaire,” she said in a recent interview.

“I had sex with that,” after seeing Trump’s face on TV.

Trump’s arrest has left her with mixed feelings. She said she thought she’d feel amazing after he was indicted, but instead, she “was just numb.”

“It doesn’t feel like I thought it would. It just doesn’t feel like anything. It doesn’t feel like a victory,” Daniels said. “It was like having sex for hours and not having an orgasm. Like if I put on lingerie. I lit the candles. We put the restraints on the bed. We put down a tarp, fresh batteries, and everything. I shaved. I got a wax. And I didn’t come. That’s what this feels like.”

And this isn’t the only time the actress has expressed this sentiment.

“At first I thought I would be really excited when that day finally came as I did not think it would, and then I really didn’t think it would. I thought he was going to get away with not being held accountable,” she told Piers Morgan in an interview for TalkTV that aired Thursday, April 6. “When I found it was coming, or potentially coming I thought I would feel excited or vindicated but it was kind of anticlimactic.”

This may have been a letdown for Daniels, but for the rest of us, it felt good. Most of us were engaged in a bad relationship with Trump for four years and when it ended it was a relief.

And the fact that he’s been indicted? Especially FOUR TIMES? That’s the icing on the cake with a cherry on top.
