There are some days when I just have to stop and ask: “What in the hell is wrong with Jesse Watters?” I mean, this dude obsesses over peculiar things when he’s on Fox News, and this time was no different. He was all weirded out over President Joe Biden licking an ice cream cone and he suggested it isn’t “manly” for a man to drink soup in public, nor is it “manly” for a man to lick an ice cream cone in public, either. Which is, of course, what Biden was seen doing — licking an ice cream cone.

We have a possible government shutdown that keeps being kicked down the line, wars are hemorrhaging all over the world, and the Tangerine Scream might elected president again in November 2024, but by all means, let’s freak out over an elderly grandpa enjoying an ice cream cone.

That’s what leads me to ask, what, really, is wrong with Jesse Watters?

When it comes to soup, he suggested that pursing one’s lips to blow on the hot soup or take a sip looks kinda…girly or something. And ice cream? Well, that’s just not done when one is the leader of a first-world country. You’re ‘sposed to do the flowery stuff away from peering eyes.

“This ice cream – you know my rule about men eating soup in public. I don’t think it’s manly to go like that with the soup, and you’re blowing on it, it’s just not a good look,” said Watters.

“I think the same thing for ice cream. You should save that for vacation.”

Biden dropped by Van Leeuwen’s artisanal ice cream shop after filming his appearance for Late Night With Seth Meyers and he ordered a pint of mint chip ice cream.

Watters then went on to suggest ice cream could be a sign of mental frailty.

“If I were Biden and I was losing to Trump my party wanted to put me out to pasture and swap me out for a younger, better-looking liberal, the Mideast and Europe are at war, and migrants are murdering our women, the last thing I would do? Go out for ice cream with a comedian and lick it when they ask about the border,” Watters claimed.

“You know who lights up for ice cream? Children and the elderly. There’s a reason caregivers deliver ice cream to their patients in nursing homes.

“According to the Alzheimer’s Association, ice cream is a favorite for people with diminished faculties,” he went on.

“Ice cream has the power to immediately elicit soothing feelings of the very first taste of a single spoon-full.

“Now, obviously, I’m not diagnosing Biden with Alzheimer’s, but you see what’s going on here?”

It’s completely bizarre that Watters is obsessed with a president’s eating habits, especially when Biden’s predecessor had an obsession with “hamberders” and diet cokes. And had an especially unusual way of drinking water. In the video below, we hear Watters complaining about Biden using a straw, followed by hilarious clips of Donald Trump using straws. I mean, when Watters goes off on Biden for these things, is he just having a slow day, or what’s going on here?

Just a few thoughts is all. Now I’m gonna grab an ice cream cone because all this writing about Watters’ weird obsession with food is making me hungry.
