2024 Election
Kamala Harris and Barack Obama Just Hit Trump Where it Hurts in Brutal Pre-Debate Ad That Will HUMILIATE Him
This hits him right in the... Insecurity.
If you watched ANY of the Democratic National Convention, it’s almost a given that you saw the legendary hand gesture that former president Barack Obama made in reference to Trump’s “size” obsession.
Now the Harris campaign is making good use of the video clip to strike a blow at Trump’s deepest fears, right when it counts the most. There are already other anti-Trump ads that will be running today specifically, including one about all of the former Trump officials who no longer support him.
But this one promises to be a doozy if Trump sees it before the debate.
In fact, this could be what Newt Gingrich was talking about when he warned that Kamala might try to “bait” Trump by making fun of him. There’s no easier way to make fun of a guy than to show a clip of a more popular guy taking a jab at how unpopular he is.

There have already been reports of his aides hoping that they get “Happy Trump” at the debate tonight. It’s funny, how one campaign is worried about the emotional state of their candidate, and for once, it’s not the woman in the race they’re talking about.
Set to a rousing score and the sound of Obama’s appearance at the Convention, the ad is a montage of that one part of the speech and various clips of Trump interspersed throughout.
“Here’s a 78-year-old billionaire who has not stopped whining about his problems…” begins Obama, in his customary orator’s voice.
“Ohhh, she had a big crowd, ohhh, that crowd,” Trump says at a rally.
“…this weird obsession with crowd sizes,” Obama chuckles, while making the now-infamous gesture with both hands indicating the very small size of… Something. I guess Obama would have to tell you that one. “It just goes on, and on, and on,” says Obama, to a roaring crowd.
Then it cuts to crickets chirping and some footage of the paltry turnout at a Trump rally.
Obama again: “America’s ready for a new chapter. We are ready for a President Kamala Harris!” he exclaims.
This couldn’t be a more perfect ad to show today of all days.
And the Harris campaign is ready to capitalize on Trump’s distraction by meaningless things like popularity contests. They know that Americans are scared for the future. The campaign’s Communications Director, Michael Tyler, summed it up nicely.
“Trump spends a lot of time concerned about his crowd sizes, but the American people are far more concerned about which candidate will make their lives better – and it’s not the guy running on the Project 2025 agenda. Tonight’s debate will present the stark choice Americans will face at the ballot box: Between Vice President Harris who is fighting for the people to make our lives better, and the guy who can’t seem to stop obsessing about himself and the size of his crowds.”
How is the Harris-Walz campaign able to afford this ad blitz? Well, it could be that they raised triple the money that the Trump campaign did last month.
But they’re no just spending money to spend it. They’re hitting Trump right where it hurts, right when it counts.
