Tired and Worn-Out Trump Suddenly Ends Interview With Ultra-Conservative Host (Which Took Place at His Own House)

His very soul is wearing thin before our eyes.

There’s been basically endless talk about how tired and worn out Donald Trump is, from his shortened campaign speeches to his constant repetition of the same weird, overplayed slogans and nicknames at his rallies.

But the fact is, there may be some truth to the talk. Because now he’s not just dodging a second presidential debate or a sit-down with 60 Minutes. Now he’s even bailing out of so-called “friendly” appearances on shows with a built-in audience of MAGA fans.

He was recently on an episode of the Dan Bongino Show, a right-wing outlet that features basically exclusively pro-Trump propaganda in every broadcast. But he could barely make it through the entire thing, eventually cutting off the host and abruptly ending the interview, already half out of his seat.

It was the latest in a series of canceled or otherwise preempted appearances for the former president, who normally gets in front of a microphone every chance he gets.

The official account for KamalaHQ on social media site X (formerly Twitter) noticed, and called out Trump’s possible weakness:

The whole “exhausted” angle was first mentioned by an unnamed advisor to the golf cart captain. Although campaign spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt denies the rumor as “unequivocally false,” the fact remains that Trump appearances anywhere other than at his rallies are getting fewer and further between.

It’s not like Trump wasn’t there long enough for the interview to go as far off the rails as the average Trump interview goes. Among the topics? How bad he feels for Harvey Weinstein after being found guilty of rape and sexual assault in New York.

“He got hit as hard as you can get hit,” Trump said, dimming people’s view of his own civil suit that found him liable for a similar crime. I mean, not the people who listen to Dan Bongino, of course — they’re convinced that Trump owes E. Jean Carroll more than $80 million for political reasons.

But just getting up and leaving like that is something else entirely. I’m sure Dan didn’t mind. He likely felt fortunate to have kissed Trump’s tremendous posterior just enough to score an interview in the first place.

But he sure did look confused.

I mean, if you have time constraints, let your host know in advance. Otherwise, it looks like you’re bored, agitated, or just plain tired of being there.

John LaPrise, who has a Ph.D. in media, technology, and society, spoke on social media:

“Trump is unsuited to competing against Harris’s high tempo campaign and it is accelerating his decline. Remember: the presidency ages people. How long would he be president? It’s looking doubtful that he could complete a full term in office.”

After watching the video again, KamalaHQ posed the question on everyone’s mind. “Is Donald Trump okay?”
