Trump Just Claimed He Hasn’t ‘Left the White House in Months’ in Unhinged Interview with Jeanine Pirro

Donald Trump gave a phone-in interview with Fox News’ Jeanine Pirro on Saturday night, and let’s just say it was BONKERS.

Trump announced the interview shortly before it began:

Trump was his normal crazy self, but one of the strangest comments he made was claiming that he hasn’t left the White House in months.

Remember, just two days ago he was in Texas at the border. Last weekend he went to Camp David.

Perhaps he means he hasn’t been able to travel to Mar-a-Lago? Who knows.

Of course Jeanine Pirro didn’t call him out on his strange lie, she just kissed his butt.

“Mr. President, I really hope you get out of the White House, I think you deserve a vacation,” Pirro says.

Trump then responded, “I like the symbol of me being here and them being at some play.”

Pirro then asked Trump about a New York Times report that claimed that the FBI opened an investigation — after the firing of James Comey — to probe if Trump was an acting agent of Russia.

“I’m going to ask you, are you now or have you ever worked for Russia, Mr. President?” Pirro asked.

Trump did not exactly deny it although he was very clear he found the Times report insulting.

Trump responded, “I think it’s the most insulting thing I’ve ever been asked. I think it’s the most insulting article I’ve ever had written. And if you read the article, you’d see that they found absolutely nothing. But the headline of that article, it’s called ‘The failing New York Times’ for a reason, they’ve gotten me wrong for three years. They’ve actually gotten me wrong for many years before that.”

Then, after calling Comey a liar, he claimed once again he was the toughest on Russia.

“And I can tell you this, if you ask the folks in Russia, I’ve been tougher on Russia than anybody else, any other — probably any other president period, but certainly the last three or four presidents, modern day presidents,” the president said. “Nobody’s been as tough as I have from any standpoint including the fact that we’ve done oil like we’ve never done it, we’re setting records in exporting oil and many other things.”

Trump then repeated it was a “great insult” and called the Times a “disaster.”
