Well, this didn’t take long, nor is it glossed over with anything resembling civility or public norms.

We knew that he would rage in seeking his vengeance, I wasn’t quite ready for it to be so “in your face.” I shouldn’t be surprised that they are declaring it open season upon “enemies.”

Stephanie Grisham, the woman filling the White House Press Secretary position, but really just the “Fox News White House correspondent,” took to her safe spot on Fox to proclaim that Trump will ask Americans to make people “pay” for what they’ve done to him:

“He and the family went through a lot, he and this country went through a lot,” she said. “He’s glad it’s over, he’s certainly going to talk about that. But I think he’s going to also talk about how just horribly he was treated and that maybe people should pay for that.”

Maybe people should “pay” for that! That is one loaded term. Does this mean that the people “paying” for it will be arrested? Is it a call to MAGAs to rub some of the Democrats out? What the ever living fck is going on?

This is the White House Press Secretary telling the American people that Trump is going to talk about how people should pay for how horribly he was treated?

And WHY is Trump constantly talking about his “horrible treatment”? This is the SAME man who spent years yelling that President Obama was born in Kenya, and demanding his birth certificate!

Of course, we had a sneak preview of what is coming.

Earlier in the day, Trump lashed out at House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT) for citing their religious faith during the impeachment process. Trump was particularly incensed that Pelosi has regularly said that she prays for him, and he told a crowd at the National Prayer Breakfast that he didn’t really believe her and resented her for saying so.

I have a few resentments, too, Biff. But there is no room in this nation for my resentments because you’ve stuffed yours from sea to shining sea.

I hope that each Democratic running for the nomination, and eventually whomever runs against Trump, continually talks about the white-hot anger with which Trump comports himself day to day. Part of the nation may love Trump, but an “always angry” person alarms near everyone.

Here is the woman herself, telling everyone to take cover, because some are going to have to pay for what they’ve done.

I dearly hope this is all bluff and bluster. But I do fear the inevitable “investigations” that will fall upon the people who should “pay,” and I do think that Trump is trying to get someone shot on 5th Avenue. I really do.
