Kayleigh McEnany Whines that Her Quote Wasn’t High Enough in WashPo Article — Then Calls it ‘Fake News’

Kayleigh McEnany continues daily to prove that she does not have the maturity, honesty, nor the heart to speak to the American people as White House Press Secretary. Kayleigh displayed extraordinary self-absorption when she publicly complained that a story didn’t place her quote sufficiently high in the newspaper column. Her lack of maturity has never been more clearly displayed.  To make matters much worse, and take the tweet well beyond just a baby whining about her coverage, the White House Press Secretary then cited a fake news website for an entirely fake fact and published it in her tweet as if real. This is egregious:

It is frightening to think about. Kayleigh believes that subjective words in headlines are of the type to be included in “false headlines,” such as “White House’s Chaotic Response Evokes Trump’s Early Days.” The administration may disagree with the headline, but the headline is entirely subjective and thus cannot be “falsified” as a factual matter.

But the headlines didn’t cause Kayleigh to tweet. Kayleigh tweeted because her quote appeared too far into the story in her opinion. So she tweets her complaint, cites a ridiculous “study”, and tosses the Washington Post into the dust bin.

Is this real life?

As you might imagine, precious Kayleigh got what she deserved in response to her tweet, starting with the fact that Kayleigh has no credibility at all:

Yep.

Yep

That is true, so we wonder what she was so worried about. Maybe that’s why she is complaining. To be read at all she needs to be in the top 3.

Trump will never live down the approach to this vaccine.

Here is a thought:

We have a young WH press secretary who is prepared to tweet her complaints about being quoted 22 paragraphs (she counted) down the story, during an epidemic – that’s where we stand with the Trump administration, that is the depth of the Trump administration and its seriousness.
