District of Columbia Mayor Muriel Bowser recently asked for the removal of federal law enforcement and military personnel who had been dispatched to quell protests over George Floyd, and Defense Secretary Mark Esper followed that up by ordering National Guard troops to be disarmed and sent some troops home.

And that has left notoriously anti-Semitic TruNews host and conservative pastor Rick Wiles despondent.

He opened his Friday night program by opining that the United States was no more, Right Wing Watch reports. Because it’s been conquered by “God-hating Communists.” I’ve included more of his nonsense in the short clip below.

Saying this was a sign that “the Republic is over” and that the time has come for him to consider leaving the country (we can only hope), Wiles claimed it won’t be long before “the military is going to be ordered to shoot the Trump supporters.”

“The God-hating communists are now in control of the country,” Wiles said. “I know what history shows about communist takeovers. They don’t hand out Bibles, they burn Bibles, they burn churches. That’s what they do.”

Somehow he doesn’t mention the Crusades, which lasted for more than 200 years, from 1025 to 1291, according to The Washington Post. That was spurred by Pope Urban II, who urged his fellow Christians to reclaim the Holy Land from Muslim rule. That little conflagration resulted in the deaths of at least 1.2 million people.

Wiles didn’t mention how Pope Pius XII (also a rabid anti-Semite) helped the Nazis decimate Germany’s Catholic Church during WWII. Maybe Wiles was unaware of this, but since he quite obviously doesn’t like Jews, perhaps he would have thought Pius was a cool dude. Who knows?

At any rate, Wiles says he believes Trump and his supporters are going down with the ship unless God gets cracking.

“Unless God intervenes in the very near future, Donald Trump is finished,” Wiles said. “If you think he’s gonna win reelection and he’s gonna fight this group, they neutered him today. He was neutered in public today. He can’t call on the military now … The only people left are his hardcore supporters, and are they going to go out in the streets and be mowed down by the U.S. military? Because the U.S. military is going to be ordered — not by Trump because he doesn’t have control of military anymore — the military is going to be ordered to shoot the Trump supporters.”

“That’s what happened today,” he added. “I want to vomit today. I’ve been sick on my stomach — grieved, depressed — because the Republic fell today.”

Considering the way Wiles thinks, that’s probably not a bad thing. And no, the Republic didn’t fall. But there will likely be a collective sigh of relief once Trump and his sycophants are gone.
