New Lawsuit Alleges that Epstein Brought 14-Year-old Victim to Mar-a-Lago to ‘Show Her Off’ to Trump

The Daily Beast is covering what they describe as a new lawsuit filed earlier this year, alleging that Jeffery Epstein brought his then 14-year-old victim to Trump in order to – as described by the lawsuit – “show her off” to Trump.

The Plaintiff in the case, now a woman, filed the lawsuit against the Epstein estate and Ghislaine Maxwell back in January. Maxwell is imprisoned, facing charges that she trafficked girls on behalf of Epstein and other co-conspirators.

The complaint states that Epstein and Maxwell groomed the victim and then used her for years, starting when she was just 13 years old. The Plaintiff alleges that Epstein and Maxwell met the Plaintiff in 1994 at the Interlochen Arts Camp in Michigan. It would seem that Epstein planned just such an encounter, given that The Daily Beast reported in earlier editions that Epstein donated to the prestigious school and stayed at a cabin he funded on the property.

Most importantly, Doe claims that Epstein introduced her to Donald Trump at Mar-a-Lago when she was 14 years old. Doe says that Epstein asked Trump, “This is a good one, right?” referencing her as a child. Trump allegedly smiled and nodded while sharing a chuckle with Epstein. Doe’s lawsuit doesn’t allege that Trump committed any kind of misconduct with her himself. Obviously, though, if the allegation is true, the introduction is beyond awful, especially with the creepy “this is a good one.” If true, it shows Trump understood and approved, or at the most charitable, a willingness to look the other way when a child is essentially owned as a slave. How else does a 14-year-old end up traveling with a man in his 30s and 40s?

Regardless, the Plaintiff in the case is the only Epstein victim still litigating the matter as a lawsuit in court, the rest of the victims have agreed to seek their damages through the victim’s compensation fund established by the estate. The estate clearly wants to limit litigation in the matter, perhaps to keep the damages below a set amount set aside for the fund and perhaps to keep the information on co-conspirators from getting to the public.

It will be interesting to watch. If Jane Doe agrees to enter the victim’s compensation fund, there is reason to doubt whether much of the information on Epstein’s activities – and the men who participated with him – will ever see the light of day.
