Ivanka Trump must have thought a self-congratulatory video of her delivering to poor families would be the perfect step to polish her tarnished reputation, but Twitter users soon disabused her of that notion after she posted the clip on the social media giant’s platform.

In the video, Trump is seen passing out food boxes to hungry people whose lives have been turned upside down after dear old dad’s completely hamfisted response to the pandemic, ComicSands reports.

Of course, some Twitter users weren’t convinced by Ivanka’s faux generosity, especially since she’d just plopped down a large chunk of money on a piece of land in Florida.

Others chided her because her sense of charity seems to only exist if she’s in front of a camera.

She thinks these photo ops will play well in her campaign videos. Meanwhile, none of this had to happen. People need food delivered in boxes while she buys a $30 million dollar house. #ByeIvanka

Ivanka has been entitled all her life. Suffering for her probably means something like whether her servants should use sterling silver or bone china to serve pizza. She’s never worried about what to do if she has a sick child and can’t go to work. She tries to appeal to other women as a sister-in-blood and then falls far short by stabbing us in the back.

She is a chip off the old block and incapable of empathy in most situations unless it somehow has something to do with her. And her video didn’t impress people much. It’s something that Twitter users could see through.

She comes from a family that stole from a children’s cancer charity. She has no shame. She knows a photo-op when she sees one and that’s all she’s really interested in. This has led some folks to helpfully suggest she use all those boxes for packing. Because when dear old dad leaves the White House, so does she and her hubby, Jared Kushner. And none of them will be missed.

Others couldn’t help but note Ivanka and Kushner are also culpable in regards to the pandemic. Because they are.

Ivanka should be loading body bags onto refrigerated trailers.

Her phony PR repair attempts and photo-ops are pathetic.
