Will Melania Attend Trump’s First Public Speech Since Leaving WH? Doubts Raised Amid Divorce Rumors

Former President Donald Trump is set to be the keynote speaker at the Conservative Political Action Committee in Orland, Florida on February 28, but it looks like Melania Trump may be sitting this one out. Trump is scheduled to speak on the final day of the conference, and it’s the first speech he’s given since losing to President Joe Biden.

The Daily Star reports it isn’t clear if the former first lady will be at her husband’s side. She didn’t attend the 2019 CPAC event that resulted in idiotic photos of Trump onstage hugging the American flag. Seriously, if that didn’t look stupid then I don’t know what does.

Practically as soon as the couple left the White House rumors began swirling that the two were growing distant, and according to divorce experts, Melania and their son Barron, 14, have been living separately from Donald for “many years”, and one former friend claims the former first couple sleep in separate beds. But Melania also didn’t show up for Trump’s annual Super Bowl party, even though her husband watched the first half of the game and snacked.

While the Senate heard testimony during the trial of his second impeachment, Trump, 74, was spotted golfing at Mar-a-Lago, and even though he was acquitted on February 13th of inciting the deadly riots at the Capitol building in early January, the former president still faces a number of legal issues.

He’s remained largely silent and that’s undoubtedly due in part to the fact that he’s been banned on just about every major media platform — Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and Reddit, to name a few, as fallout from the Jan. 6th riots continues.

People have been speculating for ages on whether or not these two will remain together and speculated on Melania’s chilly personality. She’s made it clear she wants to remain out of the public eye. One can certainly say that she and her husband deserve each other.
