Capitol Insurrectionist Who Sat in Nancy Pelosi’s Chair SCREAMS at Attorneys and Judge ‘IT’S NOT FAIR!’
Somewhere in this country right now is a young black man who was stopped for a car that had an expired tag, got caught with a dime bag or a blunt, and cannot pay the $500 it would take to get a bail bondsman to lay the $5000 in bail down. And there he sits, waiting for trial or to have his case plead out by an overworked public defender.
Keep that in mind as we read about Mr. Barnett below, who broke into the Capitol, broke into a private office, and put his feet up on the desk as if he owned the place, and stole federal property, all of which led to his arrest.
Now, during a pre-trial hearing (usually a scheduling conference, dates set for motions, and a renewed look at bail) Barnett broke out his white man’s entitlement to let the court know how he felt about being kept in jail. After all, he is one of the good guys, he’s an upstanding patriot, just wanting what is “right” for his country and his candidate, Donald Trump.
According to NBC4 investigative reporter Scott MacFarlane, Barnett began “screaming” at attorneys and the judge, saying that it’s “unfair” that he’s been locked up “for a whole month.”

The judge called for a 5-minute recess as a result.
For a “whole month” after violently breaking into the U.S. Capitol, a “whole month!” Again, let’s talk about our young black man and why he’s in jail “a whole month.”
!! WHOA: US Capitol defendant Richard Barnett — man accused of putting feet on Pelosi desk – is *screaming* at attorneys and judge during his court hearing right now.

He is charged with aiding and abetting, disorderly conduct in a capitol building, parading or demonstrating in a capitol building, and theft of government property. The “Theft of government property” could be considered the most serious crime, given that the items he might have stolen could well have come from the Speaker of the House’s office and it is possible that a lot of the stuff “lying around” could either be classified or quite valuable.
He is lucky he is not charged with much more. Of course, screaming at a judge and the prosecutor can lead to additional charges pretty quickly.
White entitlement goes a long way, but it can dissolve very quickly if one enrages everyone in the courtroom.
