Conservatives Mock Adorable Photo of Joe Biden With His Granddaughters and It’s Really Sick

Social media seems designed to keep people at each other’s throats. One can post the sweetest, completely innocent, picture or statement made, involving anyone in politics then, and it’ll bring about the trashiest of trash talk.

Nothing gets liberals angrier than the MAGA talk about Joe Biden and children, we have all heard it. Yes, we have seen still pictures and a few look a bit awkward, holding a girl’s shoulders and perhaps a quick peck on a forehead. Perhaps it was too forward. Perhaps he violated some boundaries. On the other hand still pictures can take context out of everything and capture a split second that looks different than what actually happened. We rarely see actual video of Biden with children. Moreover, no one, ever, ever, ever, accused Joe Biden of being improper alone with a child and we seriously doubt that even the MAGAs believe it. They just love their memes and to the extent that “p*d0” (We hate that word in any context) means “someone who strokes a girl’s hair in front of mom and dad as mom’s sworn into the U.S. Senate, it’s lost all meaning.

Meanwhile, the left loves Joe Biden because he loves kids and because he is such a family guy. A story has been told a million times, the Bidens and Obamas knew the partnership would work when on their way to the DNC convention to be nominated, they left Biden’s granddaughters with Sasha and Malia in a hotel room. The excited kids already had mattresses on the floor, chips, soda, pizza, games, and the television on. Both families stared at each other; “This will work.” It worked. Biden adores all kids but one of the starkest contrasts between Biden and Trump was his love of his family. Americans can relate to love of family. Our friends who are older Americans with grandkids cannot figure out how they lived without grandkids. Meanwhile, many of us seriously doubt that Trump could even name his grandkids (besides Ivanka’s, maybe, and we don’t want to get into it.) Trump’s apparent lack of any care about children, even his children or grandchildren almost alone proved his narcissism.

Thus this picture below is just so so so Biden and it melts hearts because it’s the best of Biden. And, perhaps that is what enrages the MAGAs the most, there is no conceivable way Trump would ever be in such a warm picture.

Omg, some of us hope to look that great with granddaughters someday, so long as some of us with thirteen year old daughters pivot away from dislike of all things male (which is fine). Not only does Joe look fantastic, but look at the love in the young women’s eyes. That’s not put on, no one is that good. Finally, look at the pride in the President. We can almost guarantee he is prouder to be their grandfather than being president. Look at him!

We never did. He didn’t care about his own kids until they could make money, why would he care about grandkids?
