Duty to Warn: Jesse Watters Called for Public Assassination of Fauci and Fox News Defends It
God help everyone who offends the MAGAs. We have talked about stochastic terrorism before. It’s a fancy word for vaguely calling out for the lone wolf, “won’t someone rid me of this meddling priest,” that type of thing.
The MAGAs are very good at it and a lot of people end up dead in Walmart parking lots or the streets in Kenosha because of it. Jessie Waters knows all this and we seriously doubt that he wants someone to shoot Dr. Fauci, but he certainly wants to be a “star,” the daring one, at these “Turning Point USA” functions that seem to be happening every weekend now.
(Tell us it’s not a grift. “TPUSA Phoenix,” “TPUSA Dallas,” “TPUSA ____” And you know that the afterparties are insane. These are all millennials, mostly single just out of college, and there’s just so much money and power floating around, one just gets the sense that there’s not a lot of Christianity practiced late at night, just people calling out God’s name.)
So, Watters, who is not an infectious disease specialist and doesn’t know who helped fund what, wanted a meme to go viral. He wants people to confront Fauci with accusations that Fauci approved gain-of-function research in China.
The incendiary, dangerous, violent rhetoric against Dr. Fauci continues at AmericaFest. Fox News host Jesse Watters tells them how to go after him to harass him in public: “Now you go in with the kill shot – deadly. Because, with an ambush, he doesn’t see it coming.” pic.twitter.com/V34YZwDdPD

Fox News host Jesse Watters publicly encourages the assassination of Dr Fauci. “Now you go in with the kill shot – deadly. Because, with an ambush, he doesn’t see it coming.”
Have we normalized that too? https://t.co/grcUGWB13i— Duty To Warn 🔉 (@duty2warn) December 21, 2021
Now you’re going for the kill shot. The kill shot with an ambush is deadly because he doesn’t see it coming. This is when you say ‘Dr. Fauci, you funded risky research at a sloppy Chinese lab, the same lab that sprung this pandemic on the world. You know why people don’t trust you, don’t you?’ Boom! He is dead! He is dead! He’s done!
And that’s how one becomes a star at TPUSA Vegas, or TPUSA San Antonio, or TPUSA Charlotte, and be paid to speak and attend all those afterparties.
It is worth mentioning that the only reason that any of the Republicans know anything about what the NIH funded in China and what they did not is because of what NIH itself provided to the Republicans. Now there’s a concept. Someone asks for something, it gets handed over… an interesting difference.
Additionally, it’s not even proven that COVID came from a lab yet, never mind how it was developed, nor whether it had anything to do with U.S. research grants.
Regardless, “head shot,” and “dead,” Watters needs to be fired and put on Newsmax. He should become much more reliant upon TPUSA for income than Fox.
Dr. Fauci called for Watters to be fired for OBVIOUS reasons:
Dr. Anthony Fauci says Fox News’ Jesse Watters should “be fired on the spot” for telling a crowd to “ambush” Fauci with “the kill shot.”
But, he adds: “He’s gonna go, very likely, unaccountable. I mean, whatever network he’s on is not going to do anything for him.” pic.twitter.com/K3X0V3jZdM

And according to Mediaite, Fox News is totally cool with what Watters said:
Fox News said it reviewed the complete remarks and called it “more than clear” that Watters was speaking metaphorically when he used the words “kill shot,” and did not actually encourage violence against the infectious disease expert.
“Based on watching the full clip and reading the entire transcript, it’s more than clear that Jesse Watters was using a metaphor for asking hard-hitting questions to Dr. Fauci about gain-of-function research and his words have been twisted completely out of context,” Fox News said, in its statement.
