Jim Jordan is Having a Panic Attack About Christmas and He’s Blaming the Democrats of Course
Things are expensive right now, but let’s keep everything somewhat relative, the price of computers, televisions, etc. remains about the same, the price of gas is the primary driver of inflation right now and that is a global issue.
In fact, we’re experiencing global inflation. It is not like prices are dropping in Europe or South America. Whenever 10% of a country’s workforce is either down with COVID or quarantined, efficiency drops, supplies take more time to ship, and thus prices go up. It is precisely because pandemics impact world economies that people take them so seriously, they can throw the globe into massive depressions.
You might have heard of the Great Depression, but there was a Greater Depression, and it was caused by a pandemic, too, the plague. It produced the worst global depression in history. It was called the Dark Ages, and it lasted 300 years.
So people tried to get Trump to take this seriously, knowing what can happen when pandemics get loose. Instead of serious “Code-Red” preparation, we got:

That’s how this country prepared for what would become the worst pandemic in one-hundred years and perhaps much longer prior to that. COVID is here to stay. You will get your twice-yearly booster, and hopefully, build up some immunity. But have no doubt, “cold, flu, strep throat… COVID” just took its place on diseases that are now with us.
Our goods come from countries that are very poor because we prefer to pay $350 for a television made in China than $550 for one made in the U.S.A., that’s how it goes. But that’s also why a global pandemic drives up prices. Yet Jim Jordan thinks that Democrats have done enough in one year (Like give families more money, which sure helps with some of that inflation, doesn’t it, Congressman?), to drive up inflation and Trump would never have let that happen.
They’re calling it the most expensive Christmas in decades.
Thank the Democrats!

Actually, a lot of us are calling it the Omicron Christmas, thanks, you f***ing MAGAs! One way to bring inflation down is to Not. Have. Everyone. SICK!
We had a chance to limit the extent of this pandemic. We had ONE CHANCE, as a nation, between January and June, and you f’ing MAGAs had to be MAGAs and now we’re all dealing with your… never mind.
