Trump’s History Tour Is Making History With How Little Tickets It Was Able To Sell

If the amount of tickets sold or how many empty seats there were during the kickoff event for the History Tour is any indicator, then it is safe to say that Donald Trump is slowly becoming less relevant to the public. Along with Bill O’Reilly, who is joining him him in his attempt at financially gaining from the pointless speeches, Trump recently premiered his tour at the FLA Live Arena in Sunrise, Florida.

The minimum amount that those who attended the show paid was $138, but premium tickets were far more, and for many the cost of the tickets came with extra leg room as well. Those who were willing to pay the price were in for a big shock, as is common with Trump’s speeches, and he even went off-script enough to pay his compliments to former president Barack Obama.

The slow ticket sales are no secret, as they have been a hard sell since they first became available this summer, and Bill O’Reilly has even threatened to sue a Politico reporter who wrote about the lack of interest in the tour. Since then, however, those who are interested have had plenty of time to purchase their entry, and the results were still a largely empty stadium.

If there is one thing to take away from this, it could be a reminder to all other politicians that their role is to represent and serve their constituents, not entertain them. Those who try to make their political careers into a full-time job being an influencer may find that, “Many seats [remain] empty in the cavernous arena,” as was reported about the first night of the History tour by the Sun Sentinel.
