MAGA State Rep. Thinks It Might Be Best for Little New Hampshire to Go It Alone and Secede

Live Free or Die!

New Hampshire State Motto

One might add, “live free as some of us see it or just get ourselves out of it altogether”. According to Rawstory,  Rep. Mike Sylvia has introduced a constitutional amendment to allow New Hampshire to secede from the United States.

“Some believe that the question of independence has been settled,” said Sylvia at a House hearing. “If so, then our state’s sovereignty has been stolen.”

To be fair, things have been weird in New Hampshire for quite a while. They had to move a COVID meeting from the Capitol due to security issues with MAGA protesters outside the Capitol building (sound familiar?).

And now this:

It is amazing how many of these “patriots” want to leave the country. It is like, “if we don’t get everything we want, it’s not “our” country” and thus we’re going to secede.” We know they’re not going to want to join Canada, not with all those “Definitely NO Second Amendment” laws in Canada, and we all know that Canada has even stricter COVID laws in place than the U.S.

So little New Hampshire would be on its own unless they tried joining with Texas. That would be an awfully odd marriage for a country. We can all safely say this, the first time the “New Hamxis” power supply failed in the middle of a winter storm, the “New Ham” portion of that country would want to pull back on the decision and just be New Hampshire.

Or they could just die. In more ways than one. “Live free or die,” they’ve been committed to it from day one. Now is as good a time as ever.
