Elon Musk’s Fame is Going to His Head, FAST: Tweets ABSURD Chart Claiming Conservatives Haven’t Changed in Over 20 Years

The MAGAs have a theory, and it’s all they have so we have to watch them argue it. Or, specifically, we now have to watch Elon Musk argue it because he’s tweeting 20 times an hour or something very close. But part of the theory is that you have to believe that since 2008 – the year centrist OBAMA was elected, the Right has not shifted further Right.

It all centers around cultural wedge issues because again, that’s all the Right has. When your “platform” doesn’t exist because they cannot tell what Trump will want in the future (seriously, the GOP didn’t put together a platform in 2020 because… it was a waste of time. They had every other election year), it is very hard to tell people what you stand for other than tax cuts for the wealthiest people in society and cutting regulations that get in the way of those rich people making more money.

When that is your entire platform, cut cut cut from programs that help the poor and lower-middle class, you need wedge issues, or you won’t win elections. Thus, they’ve adopted the liberal term “woke” as something of which to be terrified. To most of us, being “woke” doesn’t mean much more than realizing that racism is a huge problem infecting every aspect of American society and that we should be treating LGBTQ family with the same respect we treat straight families. The MAGAs believe this is bad because they’ve always believed this is bad.

Meanwhile, the Republican party has stolen at least two SCOTUS seats, done all they can do to get rid of the ACA, and, of course, embraced Trumpism, all the racism that goes with it, ending many women’s rights, and suppressing the vote. This tweet from Elon probably tells us all we need to know about Musk:

No. Elon. You were always over there. You just didn’t want people to know. The left may have gone a little left in this polarized country but the Right has run toward Trump. Period. There is no denying it. Twitter let him know.
